sorted blissBusiness does not have to be hustle and grindI love Kelsey’s business perspective. She has built a great business while taking care of herself and those she loves well. It’s hard to find other entrepreneurs taking the time to be in alignment with all their values. It’s not hard to find podcasts about hustle and grind, I’m so glad this podcast is not that. Kelsey tells you her secret sauce to creating a well aligned career and life... it reminds me my dreams and values are possible.

I could tell that she was really passionate about it and that visualizing has helped her achieve her goals. I recently had a coach tell me that visualization can keep you from achieving your goals. I was skeptical so it was great to hear the science behind visualization. There's got to be a reason why almost every self-help guru recommends it!

LizthewriterMore promotion than useful contentTo be fair, I’ve only listened to a few episodes that hopefully were not representative, but I was disappointed that the majority of the content was the host rambling about herself (how many times can you use the word “I” in one five minute directionless and self-congratulatory monologue??) or promoting her guest’s book or course and very little actual actionable advice. Super bummer.
