IS THAT THE PODCAST GUY šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
Hey Major Pod team, this being your 300th episode I had to get off my lazy butt and give a review, not just any review of course, but a Major Review šŸ‘Š.Itā€™s a long one so while I hope itā€™s chosen to read , understand that it might not be pod cast friendly based on timing šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø. So Iā€™m a NEW collector after coming BACK INTO wrestling after a 8-9 year ā€œlapseā€ā€¦..and upon my return to fandom discovered this podcast. Itā€™s a really cool Hobby that have gotten my son Dustin and I thinking how we can embrace it and take things even further, which has brought us closer than ever as well. Ironically, not only has this podcast kept me informed of new releases for my collection, but it made me also follow the pro-wrestling careers of Matt, Brian and Mark, to the level I hadnā€™t before during their WWE run. That Death Match was INCREDIBLE and Brianā€™s work in TNA is amazing to watch. I donā€™t see much of Mark but watch his promos every chance I get on YouTube as well. My wife Julie is a great sport who often watches the YouTube show with me every Saturday upon release. Hilariously, when Matt showed up on AEW she said ā€œhey itā€™s the guy on the podcastā€ā€¦ā€¦I of course had to tell her the history of ā€œStryker and Majorā€ within WWE afterwards šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. The podcast is amazing and one of my favorites. Iā€™m not a huge ā€œautograph guyā€ but Iā€™ve gotten some of your figures on Ringside (saved 10% with the discount code Major) and hope to meet yā€™all and have them signed soon. Thanks for entertaining us through your craftā€¦..and the podcast as well. The Cartwright Family ā¤ļø

    Happy 300th!
To the tune of Kingdom by Downstait Major Pod has more than one figure lineā€¦. PBR in my soul, Figure itch out of control I buy em all before I get a rashā€¦ Major Marks are here to stay, Hawkins 2-pack with Brodus Clay, Out the package once I get homeā€¦WHOOOAAAAAAA! In all seriousness, this pod is everything to me. It got me thru the pandemic(I MISS FWF) not only is it the greatest wrestling figure podcast, itā€™s the best wrestling and toy podcast out there. Iā€™ve been a day one listener back when the pod was only supposed to be about 30-45 minutes long LOL! Iā€™ve also been a Hard Foundation patron since day one. This podcast is so freakin brilliant, it is a crime that itā€™s actually free. Side note, canā€™t wait to see and hopefully meet broski at GCW Hawaii. And finally, Happy 300th episode fellas, I canā€™t wait to hit the 400th, 500th, and many more for years to come.

    Iā€™m a MajorPod (Kid)Man
I have been listening since day one. Matt, Brian, and Mark help bring out the kid in all of us who grew up with the love for wrestling figures, and other action figures in general. The Pod and the Major Marks help realize Iā€™m not the only one ready to drop useless knowledge of wrestling figures and my collection to the normal person at any moment. The sky is the limit for this podcast and everything with it.

    major MARK here
Super informative and entertaining. My favorite weekly podcast out there! Not only are they addicts like me, theyā€™re also my dealers. I would also like to officially shout out Mark for all of the insane work he does producing this show, the main youtube channel (with edited vlogs), AND now a clips youtube channel as well. Speaking of, where is the Mark big rubber guy. We are called major MARKs after allā€¦

Warning: the fallowing show will cost you way too much money.
Not only is this the most expensive free podcast out there, it has one of the single best communities that comes with it. Get involved in the Patreon Facebook group and I guarantee your collecting passion will grow and youā€™ll meet some incredible people like I have. Appreciate you Matt, Brian, and Mark.

    Thanks For The Podcast
I have been listening to this podcast for a few years now. It has helped me tap into some great nostalgic memories of my childhood. It has also helped inspired me to get myself in better physical condition. Over the last few months, it has become a staple of my Friday morning workouts. As of now, Iā€™m down 100 pounds and looking to keep scratching the figure and workout itch. I even joined the Patreon group today and look forward to being more involved in the group moving forward. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration and keep up the great work.

    Major hit outta nowhere!
In the midst of E & C pod of awesomeness hiatus, out of nowhere, the Major Brothers sneaks from behind under the ring, pull out a combo sunset flip & small package to Edge & Christian (since Zack couldnā€™t get an episode on their pod), get the 1, 2..3!!! I have been collecting wrestling figures since WCW smash & slam were on sale, through my deep sorrow of fading glory of WWE Classic Superstars, up to the revival of Hasbro with WWE Mattel Retro collection! Thank you for the weekly dose of wrestling figure updates, nostalgia, those tidbits of trivia & non stop entertainment from Zack & Curt! I hope I learn more idea for an excuse to my wife of the resurgence of wrestling figures in my collection!šŸ˜† PS: I was supposed to send this waaay back but never got posted! I write a new one soon!

The best place in the world
The last month has been one of the roughest and most tumultuous of my entire life. But every single week I look forward to hearing Matt, Brian and Mark talk about figures. From Major Bendies to Major PBR to the incredible Facebook community. I continually feel camaraderie and friendship and care. All of that is thanks to The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast.

    Still Here
Iā€™ve been a Major fan since the boys rolled out from under the ring as Edge Heads. Iā€™ve followed along on social media since the Z True Island days. I seen Matt promoting this Pod Cast on instagram and after a few weeks decided to check it out. Here we are, almost 300 episodes later and itā€™s still something I look forward to every week. Not to mention the Detolf cases I have full of wrestling figures from scratching that figure itch. Keep up the great work boys and congratulations the 300 milestone thatā€™s coming up in a few short weeks.

What do you wanna talk about
Trying to write a review for these guys is very difficult. To put it plainly and blunt. This podcast has become the centerpiece to my life every single week since joining. I work as a surgical assistant in Pittsburgh, where the majority of my time is spent stressed out, anxious, and with my head on a swivel. But before heading into work, and on my way home. This podcast has become a Zen opportunity for me. Matt, Brian and Mark have become the voices that relax my brain and allow me to slouch my shoulders and relax before and after every hectic day. Their podcast is a bountiful weekly update on everything wrestling figure collecting and gives me all the updates I need on pre-orders and release date windows. This podcast has saved me multiple times on keeping me updated especially when my life just doesnā€™t give me the opportunities to stay up-to-date on my own. Matt, Brian and Mark have become household names in my home. To the point where my daughter is such a major Mark for the boys especially a major Matt Cardona fan. I look forward to every Tuesday morning to listen to the newest episode. On my way into work and finishing it up On my way home. They have five years worth of back episodes that are full of great information and laughs so please donā€™t sleep on anything thatā€™s already been recorded. Thank you so much, guys for always keeping the information as accurate as possible and putting a smile on, not just my face, but a smile on everyoneā€™s face in my home. We love you guys.

    Best wrestling figure podcast!!
I got the itch to start collecting again a couple years ago right before I started listening to the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast. Once I heard the podcast for the first time, I was hooked!! The guys are hilarious and they bust each otherā€™s chops, as I do with my friends. I love this podcast!! These guys have ignited the inner child in me and I have started collecting my wrestling figures, again!! Their Patreon group is amazing and the amount of content they put out is great and keeps you wanting more! Keep up the great work gentlemen!

    Finally
I got an iPhone and I can leave a review! Canā€™t say enough about how entertaining this podcast is. Even with great subject matter it wouldnā€™t be anything special without Brian, Matt, and Mark! They provided a really cool platform via the Patreon Facebook group where Iā€™ve made many friends and scored some awesome deals! What other podcast can give you that?
  • Chicago_Made
As informative as it is entertaining.
Iā€™m a collector at heart, records, horror movie stuff, etc. Iā€™m a day 1 listener, and am glad to see Brian and Matt having as much success as they are with the podcast and now the two figure lines. Itā€™s an entertaining and informative podcast, and the crew is not afraid to say if a figure is bad or good, which helps to make an informed decision, either way. No songs, no AI, just an honest review. Keep up the good work. @charles1981 on Twitter/X.

If you're a wrestling fan looking for an entertaining and insightful podcast, look no further than The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast. Hosted by former WWE superstars Brian Myers and Matt Cardona (aka Zack Ryder), this show offers a unique blend of insider knowledge, personal anecdotes, and humorous banter that will keep you hooked from start to finish. One of the things I love most about this podcast is the hosts' passion for wrestling collectibles and memorabilia. Whether they're discussing their latest finds or sharing stories about their favorite toys from childhood, Myers and Cardona's enthusiasm is infectious and makes you feel like you're part of the conversation. But this podcast is much more than just a love letter to wrestling merchandise. The hosts also provide valuable insights into the industry, drawing on their years of experience as wrestlers to offer a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on in the world of pro wrestling. From their interactions with fans to their relationships with other wrestlers, Myers and Cardona offer a unique perspective that you won't find anywhere else. Overall, The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast is a must-listen for anyone who loves wrestling, collectibles, or just good conversation. The hosts are funny, engaging, and knowledgeable, and they always manage to keep the show fresh and entertaining. So if you're looking for a new podcast to add to your rotation, give The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast a try - you won't be disappointed!

    Bringing families together
When I was younger, my uncle use to take me to Toys R Us every week. I had quite the wrestling figure collection at a young age with doubles of every fig (one loose and one MOC) naturally as I got older I lost interest in collecting. Ever since I got into this podcast however, my uncle and I have gotten back into our fig hunt routine! Iā€™m so thankful for this podcast for igniting the passion for collecting again, and for bringing my uncle and I closer. Thank you Matt Brian and Mark. Proud to say Iā€™ll be a Major Mark 4 life, and a proud member of the H.A.R.D foundation (soon to be ultimate member) šŸ«”

Proud to be a Major Mark
As soon as I heard the ā€œNow Entering the Titan Tron!ā€ part at the beginning of the first episode, I knew this podcast was for me. Collecting Wrestling Figures was something I was passionate about as kid. When I heard Matt Cardona and Brian Myers created a show dedicated to discussing the history and current trends of figures, it made it so easy to start following. As an adult collector, and as a fan of their work on screen as professional wrestlers, it was a something I fell right in with. I recommend this podcast and the supplemental material that the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast offers on Patreon! From FWF, to the Live shows, to the great community that the Major Marks have all come together for. ā€œSmartā€ Mark Sterling, Brian Myers and Matt Cardona make every week fun and exciting to listen to. The video version allows you to see what figures and purchases they are talking about. Even better, you can sit in on it Live through the Ultimate tier on Patreon. There are many perks to being a fan of this show! I also recommend Major Bendies and Big Rubber Guys, the toy lines spawned from this podcast. Watching the journey from the beginning has been so awesome!

    Nearing 300
The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast isn't just your typical journey into the world of wrestling collectibles; it's a beacon of generosity shining brightly across the wrestling community. With almost 300 episodes under their championship belts, hosts Matt, Brian, and Mark have not only enlightened listeners with their wealth of knowledge but have also displayed unparalleled generosity. Throughout their illustrious run, they've given away nearly 300 figures, hundreds of 8x10s, stickers, magnets, and have selflessly donated thousands upon thousands of toys for children in need. Their commitment to giving back to the community is truly remarkable and sets them apart in the podcasting landscape. But it's not just their generosity that makes the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast a must-listen; it's the passion, humor, and camaraderie shared between Matt, Brian, and Mark that keeps fans coming back for more. Their infectious enthusiasm for all things wrestling collectibles is palpable, making each episode a joyous celebration of the hobby. If their remarkable acts of kindness aren't enough to entice you to listen, then you're truly missing out. The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast isn't just about action figures and memorabilia; it's about spreading joy, making a difference, and uniting fans around the world. So, heed the call, join the fun, and experience the magic of the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast for yourself!

    ā€œWith a tear...in my eye!ā€
Since the start for the MWFP, Iā€™ve shed so many tears from laughing and smiling. Never before has a podcast hit so close to home. Hearing Matt and Brian talk about their childhood fig feds and collections makes me think of my best friend and I spending hours putting on our fig fed. This pod got me through my last year of college, a global pandemic, and so much life change. The Major Marks Facebook group has become a 2nd family to me! Iā€™ve been able to share proposing to my (now) wife, my wedding, and the birth of my son. Before the launch of this podcast, I thought S.T.O.M.P. was the stupidest line of figuresā€¦until Brian changed my mind with a single childhood story. Now I have all of series 1 displayed in a S.T.O.M.P. In Paradise ring proudly displayed. I guarantee this podcast will encourage you to remember why you love wrestling and why you love toys. I donā€™t know that thereā€™s really a fountain of youth, but this is as close as you can get!

Thanks for enabling our toy habitsā€¦
Iā€™ve watched wrestling on and off for the better part of my life and became fully invested maybe a decade ago. I began collecting a few years ago, and finally found and committed to this podcast about a year ago. The Patreon perks and Facebook group access are a huge plus. Itā€™s great to listen to the updates from the guysā€™ day to day lives at home and on the road, as well as hear them talk about anything and everything figure/toy related in the wrestling universe (and sometimes beyond). I also love that the podcast covers independent wrestlers, not just those in the mainstream eye. This show is definitely something I look forward to on the weekly, and I hope itā€™s around for a long time to come!

    The Night Before Major X-Mas
'Twas the night before Christmas, in the Major Pod group, Broski's in New York, with no time to poop; Silver Balls hung on the gimmck tree with care, In hopes that the Jakks episode soon would be aired; Major Marks nestled all snug in their beds; While visions of BCAs danced in their heads; SDL in her 'kerchief, Mance in his cap, Settled Down Under for a long winter's nap; Not Bare Minimum Selfies, not Smart Mark Twitch streams, Come Christmas morning, thereā€™s just one thing I need; When on the Pod YouTube, there rose such a clatter, I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter. Away to YouTube I flew like a flash, Typed in the address and hit enter so fast. Matt, Mark, and Brian, they started the show, Talking about figures from so long ago; When what to my wondering eyes did appear, But figures with joints that made sound you could hear; Nineteen ninety-six, the first figures came, And here are the first 2 series by name: "Now, Razor! now, Diesel! now Goldust and Taker! The Hitman! Shawn Michaels! Owen Hart and Vader! Ultimate Warrior, fresh off his return! (By the time the fig came out, the bridge had been burned)ā€ With edits from Mark, and pics from DFreedom, The figs came to life, like the first time weā€™d seem ā€˜em; We got box sets, and Bad Boys, and repaints galore, But every new series just made us want more; Signatures, Managers, and even Tag Teams, Referees, Announcers, and Wrestling Rings; The figures are great when you have them in hand, Unless, of course, you want them to stand; We still praise this line to whoever will listen, Even if some of the figures were misses; As the episode ended, I checked on eBay, The price started jumping, on all BCAs; Then the boys said, as they started to leave ā€” ā€œMajor Christmas to all, and to all ā€“ Let ā€˜Em Breathe!ā€

I feel guilty writing this review
I have been a day one supporter of the Major Pod crew. That being said Iā€™ve waited far too long to write a review for this show. I have listened to every episode, watched every vlog (some multiple times) and followed the hosts throughout their professional journeys in wrestling over the last five years. On the surface the Major Pod is a show about wrestling toys, but dig a little deeper and youā€™ll find itā€™s a show about friendship, nostalgia, building a business, and connecting with people all over the world. Matt, Brian, and Mark are natural hosts and I look forward to virtually hanging out with them for a few hours every week. Truly this podcast the community around it is one of the greatest things to happen in wrestling and toy collecting in the modern era. Thanks Major pod for all the laughs and good times over the years, and many many more to come.
