sooosallyPromoting someone convicted of fraud? In the most recent podcast, Peter Strauss was mentioned as an insurance expert, which I am sure he is, but also as a great guy, etc. This man has just pled guilty in federal court to fraud. Needless to say he also lost his license. Disturbing for the AICPA to promote such a person.

LMSF2014Very poor audio qualityI really want to get the information contained in the podcast, but the audio quality is too poor. I am new to the profession I would love to include it as a resource in my growing education.

anonymous mnHey accountants—Sound quality mattersEvery single episode sounds like it was recorded in a tin can. There is NO good reason for this. Please find a marketing person, or just any person with any sense, and ask them to help you find a decent microphone or way to record somebody remotely.

BenCA99Very helpful even for the non-CPA personal investorAs just a do it yourself non-CPA personal investor managing my own investment assets in retirement, I’ve found these AICPA podcasts immensely valuable and interesting. The episodes covering Roth conversion strategies and the coming SECURE act provisions have been particularly helpful.

srtrader70Essential for CPAs in Financial ServicesI get over 200 emails a week relating to the profession and the PFP emails are one of the few I always open upon receipt. The speakers for the podcasts are always top notch, and my only previous complaint was that I couldn’t access them from the podcasts app!
