I’m new to lean and this is the perfect companion resource for me to learn lean concepts.

    Simple, Focused, and Practical
Unlike a lot of other podcasts, this one is very focused, practical, and short! It teaches lean concepts in plain and easy to understand language, and often with fun examples. It’s perfect for me on my commute to work to learn about lean in a bite-sized format. Definitely checkout the site leansmarts.com. He’s got some great content there too.

    Right idea...
The concept is pretty good, But the delivery is awful. I would love to find a good coaching podcast on lean strategies, particularly lean leadership. This is just a bit long-winded and monotone for me, like a narrator reading from a page. I’d rather hear a focus on content and actionable steps/guidance. This feels more like reading a master’s thesis on lean. Good start, room to grow.
