First off I’m a lebron fan my team is the knicks but I always root for whatever team lebron is on but omg I can not wait till he is off the lakers because this season has shown me how much the fan base is just spoiled brats!!! Your having a bad year I get it but you just got a chip literally 2 yrs ago and all I hear is complaining about this yr. You know how many fan bases would dream to even get an opportunity for a chip let alone get one two yrs ago. Smh. Y’all are ridiculous and I’m starting to see why so many other fan bases don’t like the lakers

Just the right mix of humor and analysis when it comes to the purple and gold. I live in Lakertown and most analysts/talking heads are either homers or apologists. Dan and crew keep it honest. That's all you can ask for.

Not even a Lakers fan and enjoy this podcast. I love the NBA and we all know the Lakers have to be one of the most interesting franchises to follow right now. Tons of angles and storylines and these guys cover it all intelligently. The Hoop Ball franchise is legit all around, check out this, their other pods and the website. I was looking for an entertaining podcast, and started listening to this one while in the car. These guys got me interested in the Lakers because they love the Lakers. They’re really funny and seem to know a lot about basketball. I like how they talk about other stuff that’s part of the game, not just the stats. Sometimes the conversation seems unprofessional, but I don’t care... it’s funny.

Love the combination of fun and informative. Makes me feel like I can miss some laker games and still know what’s going on without having to slog through a boring pod or article.
