    Meh
Good news! These guys work hard to manufacture relevance in areas where there is none, all so they can insert their political opinions into a card game about wizards and monsters.

Help I want to be smart
These guys are incredibly intelligent about the formats they focus on and I wish that someday I have the same prowess as them. Give it a listen if you like competitive magic.

    trash
the show is just self-indulgent whining. the cold open is abysmal and just ruins the episode from the start. the remainder of the show is only made somewhat listenable due to the contrast created by the narcissistic vomit that is the cold open. literally couldn’t get any worse. this podcast is petit bourgeois hysteria, inflated egos, and holier-than-thou, we’re-the-nerds-too-cool-to-try vibe that will make anyone who listens a worse human being.

If you don’t like Magic, probably DON’T have a podcast about it?
These last two episodes, I wasn’t able to make it past the intros. So. Much. Complaining. About. Everything. If you don’t like MTG…maybe don’t have a podcast about it. This show was enjoyable at first, but it’s really gone downhill and I think I’m getting off right here.

    Great except when it isn’t
Like most MTG content, good when they’re taking about the game itself, but too often ends up being a whole episode of them complaining about WotC. Recommended, but if your tolerance for grown men complaining is low, you may have to skip some episodes.

    The best
Still my favorite magic podcast out there, keep it up guys!

    Smug attitudes and bad takes
it seems like they hate everything about magic because every episode is them in monotone voices whining about yet another various subject within MTG. It seems a little odd that they even play this game. Also if you want a good laugh go back and listen to their preview card episodes and literally everything they say is wrong and on top of that the attitudes about the cards that they’re discussing is oddly condescending. Used to listen because I think it’s important to hear dissenting and differing opinions on the things you like, but I just can’t take it anymore.

Old host good, new host bad
Lee McLeod is everything I hate about magic. An arrogant host who thinks he knows everything and only thinks in black and white. Seriously went downhill when Collins left.

    Good, Could be Great
Fun talk. But stupid political comments. Climate change for example. Dumb.

    Check them out!
Love the podcast. Wish the hosts avoided political commentary but from the MTG side this cast is top-tier. Check them out!

    Used to be good.
Used to be good but has collapsed into a complaining platform. Seems like an extension of Twitter. The host said I had to play some magic like this was a bad thing. Do not listen.

Excellent podcast for info on strategies and meta
This one is really good and the hosts lead a very interesting show. Lots of info on meta, competitive scene, and more.

    Patreon?
Great pod, listen regularly. Good chemistry, info, and pace. The comment about reducing patreon content to be more competitive is a problem. How do you justify community first comments while openly acknowledging you’re really not by hiding late tech? Your late tech is what drives your relevancy...Much respect, but you can’t have it both ways-and lacking transparency will hurt you.

You’ll go from six to midnight.
This podcast is almost TOO good. You get so much information and a fantastic competitive edge. If you play in SCG circuit and you enjoy smashing faces you need this cast. On the grading scale A-F I give it 10,000 exploring boners.

    Very insightful
This is probably one of the best podcasts out for competitive MTG . They go in-depth on decks in formats , things to make yourself a better player and just all around commentary on MTG . 5* work guys keep it up!!!!
