I’ve been looking for resources on how to get into this industry, and this podcast has been the most helpful I have found. Answered almost all my questions, and given me information beyond what I’ve needed.

I have found a wealth of knowledge from listening to Jason and his guests.

My name is Alex Thames and I’ve been in the construction industry for several years from distribution, manufacturing, and contracting. I’ve worked with several adjusters through the years and have decided to get into the field. Jason is very helpful for someone like me who has worked with adjusters but am “green” to the actual field. I gotten my home state (Alabama) property and casualty including workers comp and am trying to break into the field. I really appreciate his honesty as I’ve been told several things from different people that are either not the best route or outdated. I’m young and hungry and am following Jason to try and see what I need to do to increase my portfolio to get on rosters. I’m in the process obtaining more licensees.

What i like most about Jason’s podcast that it is based on FACTS and EXPERTISE . As a new adjuster one looks for advice and wisdom , and this podcast delivers . Going on Facebook for guidance has led to me seeing a bunch of loser talk honestly , and I’m happy Jason can be very informative with an optimistic overtone

This is one of the most awesomely inspiring podcast that I’ve ever come across. I owe a lot to Jason for exposing this industry to me. Don’t abandon me now. It’s time I come into the fold. Please get back to teaching and inspiring me and others thru your transparent exposure of the industry.

Awesome podcast with a plethora of valuable information for new adjusters like myself !

The great thing about Jason Heenan and his podcast is that Jason GETS the industry. He helps others learn how to move and shake in the industry. He brings on great guests both veterans, rookies, and experts of the industry. Jason is leading the charge of helping the next generation of IA's get established in the industry. Hopefully he is around for years to come.

I am in the process of obtaining an adjuster license and searched for independent adjuster podcasts and this was one of the few that came up as options. Wow, what a lovely surprise this was! I thought I was going to get the typical, dry content and monotone speaker like many business-type podcasts are, but boy was I wrong! Jason has a fun, engaging way of speaking and you can tell he means what he says and genuinely wants to help new and old adjusters. I appreciate the candid way of talking and informing us of the reality of Cat adjusting (realistic pay, the grind, etc.) and am looking forward to new episodes.

If your new or thinking about jumping into independent adjusting this is a great resource.

I'm a big podcast listener and this is definitely a good one! It's fun to hear other adjuster's stories and Jason does a great job of drawing out good stories that illustrate the requisite skill sets for being a good adjuster! It's fun to listen to other's experiences as you're driving to a claim!
