I listen for any insider info, but cannot stand listening to Lee who is beyond annoying and I assume his gimmick is trying to trigger people. Ira appears smart writing an article but says some of the most mind blowing nonsense on the podcast. I can’t tell if he’s doing it on purpose to further the discussion or is that clueless about football. Steve & Rock are cool tho.

Ira and the Joes are on it! Great insight and "Sage" wisdom! Love the show, can't wait for the next episode. We need more shows and more of Lee who lets the truth be known!

If you want great insight into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, this is THE podcast for you. The banter between Ira, Lee & Steve is entertaining, and keeps you engaged. The podcasts are always a quick listen and no filler. I wish they had a Patreon, I would gladly pay $5/month (especially if it eliminated ads).

Not only do Ira and the Joes bring it twice a week as far as Buccaneer football goes but they do it with hard work and great humor. The Sage is a gem and regales listeners with both professional and personal stories every time! Kudos gentlemen!

Honestly I love this podcast. I listen to them & pewter report religiously, but for different experiences. Pewter report is more into new age statistics & analysis, while Joebucsfan has the fan perspective & their conversation is usually pretty funny. Why their 3 stars… While they churn out articles like no tomorrow, unfortunately the podcast has no regularity. Often they might go 10-13 days between shows, and when they don’t, they release inconsistently. If they made more consistent shows to feed my selfish addiction here, I’d bump it to 5 stars lol

Two shows a week if you’re lucky. Other shows are previewing the next opponent and you’re just getting to our W. Do better.

But if you wanna get some insight into the NFL, reporting on the NFL, and sage wisdom on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, this is your show. Ira truly is a gem and a blessing to the city of Tampa and it was nice to hear him recently not speaking through a tin can. Please get Ira a pro mike

Pod is great with all the guys on but it became unlistenable recently because there’s too many adds. One episode last week opened with a 5 minute ad just one after another. It’s terrible but once you get into the show it’s fantastic.

You are professionals. Please spring for a pro level microphone for Ira, please. It’s virtually unlistenable.

This Bucs podcast has turned into one big infomercial. Used to be decent but the constant ad breaks with Currie Ford and the IP beer, and ALL the other plugs just makes it unlistenable. I know I can’t be the only one that thinks this way. Another Bucs podcast with little substance. Way to ruin a good thing fellas. At least you got your ad money while losing listeners, Bravo!

Entertaining but the audio is still brutal

Like jeez I hate to complain and I really do enjoy all Buc shows, but the quality of microphones is terrible sometimes. Like almost as bad as AM radio, it’s just annoying and slightly distracting. I get that people aren’t always capable of recording in person and I don’t want to be unreasonable, but it sounds like people are being recorded while on speaker phone lol. There are other ways to get better quality while not over complicating the process of recording a show.

Love the podcast. Need to start seeing that midweek pod drop a little more often. I like to get drunk and mow the grass on Thursday evening, and I need something to listen to. Pick me up here.

Ira’s podcast allows fans an inside look from the locker room of the Bucs. He offers great info nuggets and is countered by the Joe Buc Fan staff which makes for a great conversation. I look forward to listening to this podcast while driving to and from work.

Used to be a good podcast til you hear Lee constantly say the same thing over and over. His lack of football iq makes it hard to listen to.

Love the podcast, but it seems it’s more advertisements than Bucs talk in recent months. I understand the need for sponsorships to keep the podcast rolling, but their should be more Bucs content than commercials!

I read the 500 Greatest Albums article. It seems there has been a changing of the guard at Rolling Stone,, a move to a younger generation of writers / reviewers. Nothing wrong with that but I am set in my ways. I will always like the classic 60's / 70's albums best.

The show is great, and I love Ira’s knowledge of the game, as well as his insight into the Bucs. Steve is a great moderator, and keeps the show flowing, while also offering good insight; I miss his podcast!

Steve and Ira talking Bucs is interesting and engaging, but Lee usually ruins it. He’ll call people wearing masks ANTIFA completely out of nowhere and he just lacks basic understanding of nuance and subtlety. He’s always had questionable takes, but now he’s starting to ruin this show. Maybe only have Lee on once a week? Or bring back Monday Morning Joe and/or Scuttlebucs please

Long time listener, but will no longer will support a show with his views. Ira defends Drew Brees as well as Riley Cooper when he called someone a nigg** and turns around and ask for more outrage against Desean Jackson. Not surprised to see you defend two white players and call for more outrage against a black player. You grew up in a era where talk like this was allowed. Not in todays world. Say how you really feel Ira, otherwise you are just a coward.

Joe has great content and I love Ira however recently they made political remarks and brought that into their reporting on carona virus and mask wearing. It’s a shame. Used the podcasts as a release from the partisan media and as a way to escape it. In no other country is wearing a mask a partisan issue. SMH Joes listeners deserve an apology.

I love listening to Ira, the sage, but I can barely listen to the other two guys. Steve is somewhat tolerable, but Lee is a carnival-barker idiot joke of a journalist. He says the most stupid things with gusto. It was be five stars but for him.

I don’t know why Ira continues to say LEEEEEEEE every sentence when Steve asks a question or Ira is giving his opinion. It’s gotten so bad with him consistently saying LEEEEE LEEEEEE LEEEEE over and over again! Can’t stomach it anymore

I used to look forward to each episode. After reading other reviewers talk about the same issues, I thought they would actually read it and do something about it. But it’s clear that they continually push narratives by asking agenda-driven questions that portray the Bucs decisions/actions/play negatively. By saying the fault rests on Jason Licht if the team loses with “the Quarterback Whisperer” and the QB “GOAT” is completely asinine. Lee is repeating the same stories from 1985 and quoting from the same 3 people. STOP, HE NEEDS TO BE IN THE BACKGROUND! I have no issue with expressing opinions, but we’re all listening to this podcast to hear Ira’s opinions. The only reason why this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Ira Kaufman. If you want to “get back into the Google Top 50”, Fix it gentlemen.
