It’s such a major plot point in Love is Blind, I can’t believe they didn’t address Ben’s inability to articulate that Black Lives Matter or even say the word “gay”. How do you forget to talk about that?

Kate is amazing interviewer and her voice is so soothing. She produces a pod multiple times a week and I wish I could listen to her even more.

Laura is so enjoyable, warm and friendly. It warmed my heart to hear Laura say to Kate “I’ve never been asked that question before” “That’s such a great question” 🎙️although Laura was the guest on this episode she was so complementary to Kate saying such things as “you’re such a great interviewer Kate, you asked me one question and I haven’t shut up.” ☺️Laura also said “Kate you really do your research” “How did you know that, Kate” 💟This is a very enjoyable episode. It makes you feel as if you’re sitting at a table with your girlfriends having a wonderful conversation😉😉 I recommend this podcast to everyone 💫

I like pop culture chatter but not sure Kate’s podcast is the best place for me. “The AMAZING Kate Casey” super loud theme is obnoxious. Then her intros and outros need to fade in and out. They compete with the talking. Kate feels so blah while interviewing. Her delivery is very monotone. Boring questions and sometimes boring guests. I stick around because some of the interviews are on shows/people I follow.

I have been listening to Kate’s podcast as she guides us through what to watch for a while now and highly recommend it. Love her tone and insights.

Kate’s interviews are some of the best in podcasting. Her two most recent interviews with people who worked in the FBI were exceptional. Highly recommend if you’re into true crime, reality tv and documentaries. Kate is an expert at covering all forms of non-fiction media.

I really enjoyed this podcast on the Lockerbie bombing. I learned so much watching the documentary, but your guest truly filled in so many blanks for me and actually gives me a bit of peace about the real investigation. I enjoy your podcast by especially like when you go behind the scenes of the documentaries that we’re seeing. It provides so much more information that really adds to the experience. Life is depressing enough

Used to love her episodes and she was on often. What happened?

PLEASE stop finishing your guests sentences before they have a chance to get it out, and stop interrupting, its so frustrating to listen to

Love the show, especially the what-to-watch episodes. Please drop the announcer intro where you call yourself “amazing,” and I’ll make it 5 stars. It’s so cringe I wanna crawl under the furniture in embarrassment FOR YOU every time I hear it.

Stop podcasting about Housewives if you are only gonna be negative and complain about everyone/everything.

Used to like it enough. Would recommend not reading from a script. Adults do not want to be read to. Discussions with guests are Ok, but you show your sense of superiority very often.

Another Grand Slam episode interviewing Jim Clemente!

I usually love this podcast. I’m starting to see the real issues. Having Jonathan Mark on and allowing him to speak on the Jonbenet case made me lose all respect for Kate. I know she prefaced the episode with these are not facts, but why are we even listening to this idiot? Also, I agree with other reviews that Kate diagnoses reality stars as if she’s a psychiatrist. Where is your education at to do this? You say it with such conviction. Very disappointed.

But Boulder is NOT a suburb of Denver. Just finished listing to that episode and it did not get better after that mistake at the beginning. Overall I like your podcast so 5 stars but the Jon Bennet episode had leading biased questions and it seemed you both already had opinions about it and used Jonathan to push those opinions

Don’t believe him one bit! He admits he has spoken about this case for years, he has his own opinion by now. He acts like he is getting info after Kate asks him questions. Wouldn’t he already know the answers after years of talking about the case. He’s trying to say he thinks Patsy did it.

Even though I’m a bleeding green Eagles fan I still liked the Dallas cheerleaders show. This interview brought me back to thinking of the show and looking forward to the next season.

Love a good longish pod

She needs to stop diagnosing reality stars with different mental conditions and or personality disorders it’s weird…I also feel like aces new podcast was doing so well until she was on it …. She made it such a downer

Boring and she is a miserable human being in real life too. Worse than she is on air

The best and most intelligent pop critic podcast. Kate needs her own 60 Minutes type show on Reality TV and Pop culture. She has great guests with fun & interesting conversation.

For the love, please post a comedic warning label when you and Chris are together. I spilled my Dirty Diet Coke when the suggestion to make an Easter music album was announced. “Here Comes Peter Cottontail….” I can’t. Best comedic relief each week and I am here for it. Love you two together.

Kate Casey is a highly talented interviewer and podcast host. One of my very favorite podcasts, I always prioritize this one over others. She has terrific guests and asks exactly the right questions. Her knowledge of reality shows, and ability to recall specific facts from shows twenty years ago (or more) is incredible. It’s like reminiscing with an old friend. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Kate has a great show each week! Love her guests as well as her regular pod sessions.

I don't listen to a lot of podcasts, but I really look forward to Kate Casey and what she has to say. Especially with what streaming shows to watch. Her episodes with Chris DeRosa are THE BEST! All around fun and informative. Thanks, Kate!

Kate interrupts and talks over most of her guests. A guest will be in the middle of a statement or sentence and she will just start talking over them and doesn’t allow them to finish their thoughts. I’ve also noticed how harsh and mean she can be towards humanity. “Throw away” and “dumb” people are two things she’s said recently. Throw away as in some people shouldn’t be here 🙁 I don’t know - it sounds harsh and is mean. As I’ve listened to her regularly for the past two years, I think she’s probably more like her father than she realizes - personality wise. Her obsession with JFK Jr. (among other things) is eerily similar to her father’s obsession with Ireland and the Irish culture. In addition her affect, it all makes sense after listening to the background on her father.

I am in shocking horror of the Elvis podcast done on this channel. They dive into his relationships with and I quote “women” which is how these young children were referred to throughout the episode. They were ages 13-17 when Elivs had “relationships” aka groomed and raped them. It was written off by that I need to be some serious content warning on this episode. It was talking about relationships with women and they kept talking about women and the kids were ages 13 to 17 and they went on and completely said it was the times but then said management knew about it was actively trying to hide it so they knew it was wrong. You can’t say in one breath this is just how it was but then present the evidence that says they knew how bad this was. Elvis isn’t to be worshiped. He was a child rapists and Kate is helping perptuate the narrative that he was just a guy who likes young women. Fame isn’t an excuse to get away with hurting kids and breaking the law. Which was still the law in the 50’s and 60’s.

Podcast is fine, but what is up with the show’s intro song? “The amazing Kate Casey” … is it meant to be kind of a joke and I just don’t get it?
