You guys used to be my staple. And then all of a sudden – July 2024 you decided to become right wing and just lay it out there. First you started with a slave comment and thought it was funny. Then you blast the writers from telltale about being woke. Really? Why? Just keep it neutral. You’re a video game podcast. In the back of my mind, I always wondered a bunch of white dudes from New Jersey. I was hoping that you were the ones that were different. I guess it was wrong. Just coming back from a trip from the shore and seeing the quantity of Trump flags made me nauseous. Thanks for a few good years. I really think you guys are underrated and a great team. I just can’t hear any more messaging and the comments from this episode. Just went over the top for me. You’re totally within your right to do what you want and believe what you want and accept that. I just choose not to listen to it. I’m sure it doesn’t matter to you. That makes me sad.

You come for the video game reviews but stay for the “everything else”. I started listening to these guys on maybe season two or three. I’m sure they were talking about a game I wanted to hear about. After a few episodes I realized I didn’t really care what game they talked about, it was just entertaining to listen to. This may have been the easiest “five star review” I’ve ever done.

Check them out, they have a great friend relationship you grew up with the games you knew and grew up with. Perfection.

The chemistry with the guys is gold. Just did a round tripper from Salt Lake City to Denver and binged this podcast the whole way, laughs to tears in the car lol the effort put into the show is greatly appreciated keep it up y’all OP

Love this Podcast. These guys are super entertaining! They all have distinct personalities that I feel fit very well together. They really put effort into this and deserve to be commended for it. If it wasn’t for this podcast I would have never known what the opposite of a horse is. 😆

Great stories. Friends bash each other in front of the world. It’s great and entertaining. Good reviews and news presented and just about anything else that comes up. One of my favorite episodes is when one of the guys has a silent but deadly moment and the crew gags and fumigates the contaminated area. Laughed hard on that one! Thanks Emulate This!!

Like the guys and content is entertaining but PLEASE LEVEL OUT THE AUDIO!! I can’t wear headphones to listen to this because I never know when someone is going to yell into their mic... it’s even annoying to run thru speakers. Seriously, this is the only problem with this show.

I tried to give this podcast a chance, but it is very dull, uninteresting, and the hosts do no research into what they are discussing.

If there was a soundtrack to my life, it’s gotta be this show. 4 guys from the east coast arguing about a dolphin game and one dude who calls Mario (m-a-a-a-rio)! Smb2 2 isn’t better than 3...that guy in the bunker be smoking sumtin. But no really, with so many boring podcasts out there on the market, Emulate This stands above the rest. High atop east end road or whatever that dude says at the beginning. P.s Give me a nickname, dying to be guest. This is the type of podcast I’d love to be apart of. It’s your friends sitting around drinking beers and talking crap on each other, talking video games, and just generally taking a complete break from the world. If you’re in your 30s and just want something to listen to, have a good time, and get some nostalgia at the same time, this is the podcast for you!

Great retro gaming podcast that is unlike any other. They are fun group of guys that have great chemistry and a love for the hobby. I can’t recommend this one enough!

I can't express how much I like this podcast, the banter between the host is simply the best! I like that it does not pretend to be more than it is; it's just a Podcasts for retro gamers by retro gamers, no pretentiousness! The segments are funny and the reviews are great! Highly recommended!

I normally don't leave review but this is very good . The whole crew works good together. They cover a little of everything and nothing too far out there except panic restaurant.. right up my alley for some honest opinions too .

A lot of podcasts that discuss retro games go really deep and I'm not all that interested in every technical detail or insider language. They're games and they're supposed to be fun. Enter Emulate this, average guys talking about old and newer games just like you would with your friends. Discussions are informative and funny and don't get bogged down on every small technicality. I find myself laughing and agreeing with a lot of the guy's banter. Check it out.

Stumbled across this show when looking for a new podcast to listen to at the gym. The chemistry these guys have is fantastic and they are knowledgeable about the hobby. Great show and best of all they are from the wonderful state of Pennsylvania !

I've been into retro gaming for a few years now and decided to search for a related podcast. I found a few of them but Emulate This is by far the best. The hosts seem to have grown up together and often recount stories of their gaming past; such as kick a hole in a wall when being ganged up on in multiplayer on Bomber Man. The sound quality and production are excellent as well.
