Reggie like from the comicsGreat podcastThe most thoughtful podcast on the state of Arkham today. 4 different perspectives on the game where it’s been and where it might be going. If you like Arkham or want to see if this is the game for you dive into the library. The thankfully silo the meat of the episodes between the charming opening segments and the tentacle time at the end so if you go backwards it’s easy to just eat the important bits.

Professor IntelligenceUnprepared, immature, increasingly politicalIt just keeps getting worse. In Ep. 164 about Blurse, they repeatedly misstate how cards work, contrasting False Covenant with Blasphemous Covenant while consistently misreading the former as returning the Curse token to the bag. They then offer the hot take that Blasphemous Covenant is better, which is literally and irrefutably true if you misread the cards to be identical but for the bonus. Later in the episode, they all complain about the anachronism of Guided by Faith showing a coat that appeared a century older than the era. “Yeah! What game are we playing?!” Moments later, one host points out that some players have complained about the scene in Beguiled being anachronistic in the other direction, leading to a denunciation of the “veiled” bigotry of some Arkham players. “Not trying to get political,” muses Sean, “but if you’re using the word ‘woke’ unironically, you need to evaluate your life choices.” Indeed. The only thing worse is being woke unironically. Ignorance is annoying. When it’s coupled with arrogance, it’s worse. When arrogant ignorance is coupled with self-righteous sanctimony, it’s particularly annoying. If only they prepped their shows a little, I’d feel bad about giving up on the takes just because of their descent into leftwing millennial manchild thumbsuckery. As it is, it’s an easy delete from my feed. In the chaos bag of life, these guys are the autofail.

JediGeekGirlOhhhh yes.....Ohhhhh Yes.... Mythos Busters is a fun podcast all about the Arkham Horror LCG. It is hosted by a great group of guys who are informative, knowledgeable and are full of personality. They play Arkham Horror inside and out, and have a deep understanding of Lovecraft, so they can bring you ever aspect of the game, and lore, to expand your knowledge and playing experience. This show is addictive and I can’t get enough of them. I’m a new player and am working my way through the game and the back log. I can’t wait to get caught on not only the podcast but the game as. Thank you boys and keep going <3 Scott, in the Paul Bearer Voice, please.

H3m10ck3Great Arkham Horror LCG PodcastThis is by far my favorite podcast about Arkham Horror: The Card Game. It has a great crew of hosts and you can tell that they really love the game and enjoy "hanging out" with one another. Each host brings a different approach to the table, which makes for a wide variety of opinions and hot takes about investigators, scenarios, and individual cards. While I prefer certain hosts' humor to others, as an ensemble they are very entertaining and have wonderful rapport. I've met the hosts in-person at some of their events, and their real life personas are exactly like their podcast personas; it's cool to know that they are being so genuine on the podcast. And, it's great that they work so hard to build a community around this incredible game - attend one of their events if you ever get a chance!

Tim FiscusScott and Ian (Bob and Doug Mckenzie)Hello, eh? I want to give a nice little shout out to the good fellows of Mythos Busters (sung: coo lol coo coo coo coo coo!) for their consistently interesting show. Also, they will talk about good strategies and decks for this game, and we i’ll have a few brewskis and some laughs, eh? I always look forward to hearing the crazy yarns they to spin, and their tales of what they think about new cards -and they don’t even say sorry! This here is a top notch podcast, other podcasts can take off to the great White North! (sung: coo lol coo coo coo coo coo!)

AceofbaseyOh. Gosh. Yeah.I'll tell you what. This gosh darn podcast has me hissin' like a snake. I don't like much but I love these Mythos Busters. Even Donnie likes them and Donnie don't like nothing but freedom and ranch dressing. But all jokes aside, this here is the finest of the fine. Great content. Great people. If you're new to the game or an OG these fellers have it all. They never make you feel like an outsider. If all card game communities were like the one they have helped create, we'd all be in a better place. And if nick could read this as Sean doing an impression of Ian while Scott laughs in the background, it would be much appreciated.

RBWestDouble Plus Good++This podcast has so much going for it, if you are at all into the Arkham Horror LCG you are doing yourself a disservice by not listening to it regularly. The hosts are all very knowledgeable and the interactions amongst them are hilarious. I not only learn about he game but am always greatly entertained when I listen to each episode. If I had to pick a downside (which I don't) I would say that there is a severe lack of Brown Jenkin so far but there's always next episode, right? What would really make my day though is to hear this review read in the voice of Edward G. Robinson in one of his mobster roles.

GimliSon of GlóinThe real podcastDo you fear the powers of the Mythos? Would you like to control it? Would you not like to pull a tentacle on a shotgun bullet, or not be one action short of winning, and let's not forget drawing an Elder Sign and still failing the test. Then Mythos Busters is for you. Listing to this podcast may not improve your luck, but you can always rage and leave a one star review for the podcast. Mythos Busters contains great content and a solid release schedule. It is the best podcast ever created by far. Keep it up guys. Ian should read this review in the voice of Gimli with a citadel plate and 8 damage tokens.

DalarpguyA fun podcast for a fun gameSean, read as Marlin Brando: These guys are great, and they can't shut up (but in the best ways). I look forward to each episode as they come out. They've worked to build a community and provide both strategy and excellent commentary on the game. Also, Diana Stanley is overrated.

DeepOneRisingThe Rollercoaster of StarsWhat lies before you is a path of stars I give this podcast. Seeing the episode length: 2 Stars, but I'll give it a go. Intro music and voice over: 5 Stars!! This is the greatest thing ever!! Making the community part of the podcast: Very nice choice! 5 Stars still! Experiencing the episode length: Down to 3 Stars, not as bad as I thought, but not awesome, even at 1 1/2 speed. Someone else realizing Agnes is the best: Back up to 5 Stars! Where's the more than 5 Stars rating! There is some hope for this inevitably doomed community! Content provided: 5 Stars! Knowledge of hosts: 5 Stars! This episode is still going? 3 1/2 Stars. Tentacle Time: Hehe, clever, 4 Stars. Outro music: Cripes, this is so amazing! 5 Stars! Episode ends: Double cripes, I need the next episode now! 5 Stars! If you play this game, you should be listening to this podcast, and if confident or opinionated enough, contributing! Provides great content and great community building opportunities!
