GraveAtrocityMy Favorite Group of D&D Nerds!I never really got into playing D&D, so it’s really great to get to listen along to their different characters and scenarios. I also love that it’s not just D&D and they include other role playing games that I’ve never heard of. The crazy shenanigans, jokes and media references are both entertaining and educational. I gives me plenty of media to look into outside of the podcast.

hdriwsipspshdhxhdjdhhdSequinox is great, please come backI love the Sequinox arcs and wish that they would play more of it

Can't find a proper nicknameI cannot listen to this.My parents have a thing on this so I can't listen to anything inappropriate, so, please make this a pg podcast. I am sure it is amazing

hassencahlHuman shaped goblin nurseBeen enjoying for a while. Highlight of my day is when a new sequinox or D&D episode is posted. I even enjoyed the 3 Danny’s in a trench coat one shot. Can listen over and over again and still enjoy it. Especially love that Cassidy. What a treasure. Thanks for the stifled laughs at work.

akgirl1717Hilarious PodcastI can't listen to this podcast without laughing. Plus all the different series have their own feel to them which definitely keeps things interesting.

lmog1991I'm 😄 happyJake is the best actually (and so is everyone else). I was never into rpg style stuff before listening to this podcast, I just wanted to get more hours of these awesome people being goofballs!

Thespispunk88A Great TimeLove the format of this podcast because you get exposed to different RPG systems and characters. The group has a great time and it’s always fun to hear the stories that they craft.

OzzyD92Just YesSuch a fun concept for a podcast and the players are so much fun to listen to! Every one of their stories are impressively unique and hilariously entertaining.

Christina PodcastsSlightly misleading tagline, but GREAT show!(Don't worry, I'll explain myself.) Jake, Josh, Alan, and Shannon are four friends who play a variety of tabletop roleplaying games. They've got several ongoing campaigns and occasionally do one-offs. They say that they play games wrong. I disagree- even if they might not be adhering to the rules of a certain game, they almost always have a good time doing so, and lots of their "mistakes" make the game, and listening experience, much better. If you're looking for a good place to start, I suggest the first episode of Sequinox (Sailor Moon-ish), or their 2018 "Three Danny DeVitos in a Trenchcoat" game.

RaeDeAnneJust Plain CoolNot only are these cool kids, they’re making a cool podcast! They offer diverse series of games and stories that are unique and engaging. I quickly found myself especially invested in the Sequinox characters, but I believe there’s something for everyone in this show!

TheEdgeOfMyPetePull up a seat! With today's ocean of tabletop roleyplay podcasts, it's hard to know where to begin. A podcast like Cool Kids Table is perfect for someone hoping to learn about the heavy hitters like D&D, as well as the oddball experimental titles. Ever hear of Ryuutama? Me neither, but now I need a copy! How about Ghost Ship Enyo? (Don't buy Ghost Ship Enyo.) And if you're the type that enjoys a more dedicated, long-term adventure, don't worry! CKT has you covered with Fallen Gods, an original D&D story set in the Dragonlance universe - and Sequinox, a "Sailor Moon" style, super flashy, super cute, teen superhero story! I listen to a lot of roleplay podcasts. A LOT, guys. And at the end of the day, I think CKT are the kind of people I'd most enjoy joining at their table. As this crew always says, "you can sit with us", so definitely give them a shot.

JeffreyP88The most fun!Another fabulous podcast from this amazing team of artists. Each story they tell through role play is a pleasure to listen to as Jake, Josh, Alan, and Shannon create a wide variety of hilarious and unique characters. Sequinox is my personal favorite (with amazing co-star Cassidy Stone) and a great starting point if you’re just starting to check out Cool Kids Table. I promise, you’ll have a great time!
-
NightCore54Awesome podcast!!This is a great podcast with lots of great mini arcs and hilarious moments, that everyone will enjoy!!
-
ZacWilliamA fun crew and a good variety of games. You can tell these friends are having fun playing together as they go through a nice variety of games.
-
wilkywitIncredible funOne of my very favorite liveplay RPG shows of any kind, with a great variety of game systems and stories, but plenty of fun running themes (terrible teens in terrific outfits). The hosts are so charming and creative and I love their banter, it definitely makes me want to play with my friends more often!
-
Daoud F.More Fun than a Barrel of MonkeysAlan is a National Treasure, Shanon is a cuddly kitten in a scary dragon's clothing, and Jake and Josh are proof the Inmates are now running the Asylum. Can't stop won't stop coming back.
-
sandwichsurplusWell, I never...Well, I never thought I would listen to this many "actual play" rpgs but here we are. I love the idea that they're trying lots of different games out and can choose to return to the games and characters that they like the most. This podcast sounds like its a lot of fun to do just from the elevator pitch, and listening to the track, you know that these friends really do have a great time mocking, antagonizing and playing with each other
-
D-Dubb000Great Ryuutama EpisodesI have only listened to the three Ryuutama episodes and I think they are very entertaining. I'd LOVE to see a longer, campaign-style podcast featuring further adventures of Steeg, Maggie, and Janus. As for sound quality, it is quieter than most podcasts and hard to listen to while driving. When I am in a quiet enough place to listen to it well, I love the subtle touch of soft music in the background. It serves to both set the mood and drown out background noise. I haven't listen to any other episodes of TCKT, but I'd recommend them just for their Ryuutama run!

SettlechaosFun RPG podcast with delightful hostsThis is great live play podcast with some fun and entertaining hosts. The players: Jake, Josh, and Shannon are very clever and creative with coming up with characters and playing games. Their DM Alan is also great with coming up for conflicts and creating a story that explores all aspects of the RPGs. Personally I hardly ever play RPGs. Heck I never even touched a D&D rule book, but I enjoy listening to these hosts play through games and having adventures.
-
BossLCAAdults!? We don't need no stinkin adults! The inmates are running the asylum and we wouldn't have it any other way! Hey! Jake and Josh have secured the lunch-table at the far end of the school cafeteria and nothing can stop them from rounding up the cool kids for RPGs of every flavor. Join up losers!
-
HoopscallionIf you at all like tabletop listen to this podcastThis is the newest podcast from the Hey! Jake and Josh collection and it might already by my favorite with just a few episodes released. The guys and gal take different role playing systems and try them out in hilarious one shot stories. It's worth checking out just to see the amazing scenario and characters from the first game.

Mr. Dr. GentlemanI couldn't stop laughing.Listening to people play table top RPGs is one of my favorite things, right behind actually being able to play them. I miss it a lot, but these guys, and girl, fill the void. I'm beyond excited to see where it goes from here.
