MjchiaA Better PathHappily, there is so much out in the world now about addiction and recovery and choosing a better path. However, this message is different. It's about turning toward a better way to live in order to become completely free. It makes me very happy that this message is out in the world, and that people are finding it and living by it. I found it accidentally a few months ago and have spent a fair amount of time binge listening. It's exactly the perspective on recovery that I needed to hear - that it can ultimately be a celebration of health and connection and does not need to be a burden or a fight.

shellincoBest insights and support in RecoveryAfter many years of recovery, this podcast continues to give me insights I can share and live in. Thank you! Michelle
-
chrisfromcleveSo amazingIf you really think about it we are all addicted to something. We seek self soothing outside our self. Want to be happy? Look inside. This is such a great resource. And it’s free!
-
Duh?I Can’t Hear It!I love Tommy and what he does, but this has to be the most quietly recorded podcast I’ve ever heard. I can’t hear any of the episodes. Please fix this.
-
Walk lightlyVery insightful and so helpful on my recovery pathThe talks are another tool and it helps me to hear the stories and speakers. They keep me in the direction of clarity, connection and truth of my new life being sober and fully present.

FridaCashmereThe Best 12 Step Podcast Out There! Sharing with EveryoneLove, love, love! I can’t say enough how this podcast has changed my life in my journey. My go-to podcast whenever I need inspiration and reconnection. Tommy is the Next Generation thought leader in the 12 Step Program uniting body, mind and Divine. I’ve listened to every episode multiple times and have shared with all of my 12 Step friends. The current series with Sattva yoga founder Anand Mehrotra is sooo amazing how it ties in east meets west. I’ve played the first 2 episodes over and over and keep taking notes. My daily go too. I can’t wait to attend his online program The 8 Hour Awaking this weekend on his site r20.com. So grateful for his talent and service 🙏

Bernie’s RockinRecoveryThis was amazing… I have tried everything and what’s working for me is digging deep and DOING the work in AA….. Tommy do you believe in God? Not everyone can do or wants to do yoga although I love yoga❤️ and I’m getting into breathwork for healing!!! Thank you Tommy for all you do❤️ your peace and love shines through your voice:)))) I call that God flowing through you❤️
-
Mem 6JoyTommy you have helped me in more ways than you’ll ever know. My son is an alcoholic and you’re wisdom has guided me into the unknown. I’m a retired ER nurse and foolishly thought I knew about alcoholism. Little did I know how misdirected I was. Slowly but surely I learn every day. I so look forward to your podcasts and to your teachings every week. Blessings I say!

KReg1966Finally!Thank you Tommy Rosen! You are knocking Recovery out of the park towards DISCOVERY!!! Love all aspects of your modality. It’s open, you are honest. Ever reaching and embracing change; while remaining compassionate, grounded, and honest. You can laugh at yourself and you are an inspiration to all! Thank you, I’m 72 sober and; Anti depressant free, nicotine free, caffein free, and throwing in gluten, dairy, and fructose free. The changes are unbelievable!!! Life is good.
-
seahorsesoneIn gratitude.Listening today 5/10/2023, I was struck by the conversation around excitement attachment. In my thirty years of consistent sobriety what I notice with those I have been privileged to guide in recovery and through guiding TRE and yoga is an attachment to intense sensation. We want the extreme experience. What you describe is exactly what I have learned and what I try to share. Thank you.
-
❤️🌱❤️🤩Each and everyone I have listened to deeply resonated with me. Tommy Rosen is very easy to listen to, and it goes straight to the heart mind. Thank you so much.

Sarahrenee11Vital conversations for recovery and beyond! This podcast is coming into the world at such a potent time! I believe as we dive into these more complex pieces of recovery we will find more healing and joy than we ever knew was possible! As a medium, my gifts developed tremendously once I became sober and I was guided into this as my full time career, so I deeply and soulfully resonate with episode 3. Highly recommend checking this out! Plus, Tommy articulates everything so well and is such a brilliant speaker, it’s an easy listen! Thanks so much!!!

UTLund86The best of what recovery can beI have listened to the first two epsiodes, and they are just great. He handles the topics of reaching a place of peace and of freedom from addiction just exquisitely well - that through recovery we can attain a life far beyond what we imagined (and it will be different from what we imagined). I am not much of a yoga person, but have a lot of respect for Tommy and, for me as a person in recovery, this is a must listen. Such beautifully humane wisdom.
-
John KudrnaYoga=RecoveryI am honored to be a part of the Recovery 2.0 Community and celebrate Tommy’s perspective on True Recovery which comes down to the the thinking mind and cultivated presence where True Recovery rests leaving the past and the future less significant. Tommy boldly explores and states his healing experience through the ancient practice/teachings of Yoga. I agree w/ you Tommy RECOVERY IS NOW, YOGA IS NOW=Connection. Addiction is attachment to the past or a future feeling. That is/was associated w/ negative consequences. May we all break free of these attachments and surrender to the journey of true self discovery beyond any need that does not optimally serve consciousness. I am on board w/ this empowered movement that Tommy has piloted! Blessings of Gratitude!
-
Mijitas2@3Opened My MindTommy had such an impactful and profound response to a question being asked, Can a person in recovery ever reach a place of peace? His response was like an aha! moment for me. He articulates with such clarity and ease about how to “live in the present” with joy - so that we can rid of our anxiety, fears, rage, and any addictions. This is a Master teacher that can gently and skillfully guide anyone who wants to make the leap to a better life free of the burdens that bind us.

My 4th QuarterGraceA community on the road less traveled. Happy, Joyous and Free is a real and one of the promises of recovery and embracing - if it is to be - it is up to me is supported & celebrated here. You deserve your best life and this community supports your journey.

Mary T.D.Made with genuine love ….It was amazing as is all of the r2.0 content that Tommy creates. I believe it is because of the authenticity of all of the creators on his team and the many members in the tribe - so much genuine love, compassion, and concern for all. It’s palpable. I immediately felt at home “in the circle” when I was finally ready to enter it.

KataglyphIn the CircleTommy creates a space that feels like I’m in his living room having a profound conversation that resonates so deeply. He feels like a friend I’ve known since childhood while embodying the wisdom of an eternal soul. He brings a lightness to the human experience and gives participants permission honestly interface with the questions we all have but may be hesitant to ask. His translations of ancient wisdom into contemporary articulations that provide real life solutions to those who seek a deeper more authentic experience in our modern world. I don’t want to miss a word and often listen to his talks more than once. He has an integrity that is hard to find these days. I’m so grateful for his offerings.
-

Along that journey he has met and communicated with thousands of people who have shared their stories with him. this should NOT be a requiremeThanks, Tommy! This is a wonderful idea. I feel as if everyone living in the US is addicted: to consumerism, sugary, salty fast foods and more. What you have designed and started a conversation about is so needed. Thank you so much for your kindness, your generosity and creative genius and putting this online for everyone. Pam R.

BOJKLAIf you do one thing today…..Listen to this podcast! Tommy is an enlightened caring person who understands the human condition at a depth that very few do. More importantly he knows how to apply this information to improve our day to day lives. I consider Tommy not only a mentor but someone I am proud to call a friend. This podcast is not just for people in active recovery but for everyone that has ever struggled with addiction of any kind (which is everyone). Eric72PSo NeededAs someone in recovery for seven months there are times when I feel so much loss of things and life that used to be. Loss of a long term relationship, loss of my relationship to alcohol, and a path that proved destructive. Listening to this podcast reminds me I am not alone. I feel the grace of permission to be patient in this recovery, even at 72 years old. To be in the now, feel the discomfort, breathe, do the little things and be of service. Good.
-

Arnold HowardThe Jack Canfield interviewI just finished listening to Tommy interview Jack Canfield. I’m impressed with Tommy’s interview style and his thorough understanding of addiction. His questions were some of the best I’ve heard anyone ask Jack Canfield. While painting my house, I’ve been listening to podcasters interview Jack Canfield. That’s why I can state with authority that Tommy’s questions are so excellent. For me the most interesting idea from the interview is the concept of “now.” Jack said the now is simple, but it took him 10 years to understand it. I first heard of the now when I was 15, from a meditation teacher. I’m just starting to understand its significance.

Kain2point0IncredibleBesides Tommy Rosen I personally haven’t found any one else that’s talking about what’s at the *true* core of collective addiction; trauma, subconscious patterning of many varieties, and of course an off balanced microbiota. Thank you Tommy for all of your wonderful work. I literally listen to your podcasts on repeat for at minimum 6 hrs every work day (if not 8). Anyone who finds this podcast helpful (which should be everyone, right?) give r2.0 community a chance. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and it has been absolutely fundamental in my recovery of what’s been lost, as well as helping me claim my worth that I’ve never been aware of. R2.0 is incredible. Tommy you were meant to do this.
-
Janejane0THANK YOU TOMMYYou have been my only source of help and support in a difficult situation.... (so far). Thanx for your podcast. You have been a Godsend....

sparkleystuff1Thank you Tommy, you’re saving my lifeAfter struggling in recovery for 32 years, with many big chunks of continuous sobriety... I found myself struggling harder than ever for the last four years after my divorce and the beginning of a new codependent and dysfunctional relationship. I started prescription drugs pain medication specifically, sleeping pills etc. and somehow the Demon alcohol snuck in there too. I had almost lost hope and given up on traditional 12 step meetings that previously I had loved going to. I believe God led me to the podcast and Tommy Rosen‘s insights to recovery beyond anything I could imagine through healthy lifestyle and self love. I have hope again and just for today, I am not going to let my brain do the thinking!
-
K BuchanGreat resourceGrateful for all the insights offered on the podcast. Perfect resource for anyone with any type of addiction!
