    Heteronormative
The very first podcast was about “helping men” and I thought great, this is actually what I’m experiencing. But, then, turns out. It’s all about making men better for women because those are the relationships that matter.

    Digital detox
I needed this post today. Kids have been ... challenging and in order to get some peace after straining my neck, I have been allowing way more unchecked screen time than usual. I notice an attitude change when we restrict it and that tells me we all need to detox. As for myself, I feel like social media has become my inner voice at times. How awful. Lastly, there is something to be said about being ‘bored’! I’m ok with my kids and I being bored sometimes, we shouldn’t have to pick up our phones / tablet / etc. every time we have time to kill. Thank you for doing this, I’m adding the podcast to my regular routine. Ok, NOW phone is going away;)
