zmsbSOCCER IN THE 70’S SERIES… AWESOME!Great site, great pod, but this summer’s 70’s series has been spectacular. Terrific insight into the clubs, managers and players who contributed to this remarkable era, and one season had more twists and turns than the next!

Jrjmn9999Great content but poor audioFor whatever reason, I have to crank the volume up just to listen to this. They need to modernize more than the English FA. That’s why I’m giving four rather than five stars. Other than that, it’s generally great content. They have a thorough understanding of the game from almost all viewpoints. There is however, a distinct lack of understanding of the American model of sport and a openly secret loathing/jealousy of the strange stability of MLS. The hosts also posses a romanticism for the days gone by of the Cup Winners Cup, old UEFA Cup, and the pre-social media days. I agree wholeheartedly with their sentiment.

ROBLOX player MeBANANA000All in all - a great football/soccer podcastI particularly love the deep-down looks at the history of football - both the big tournaments, but also some more obscure stuff. I agree that some of the editing/production could use a little bit of work, but for the most part - this is a great podcast for those who love soccer - especially the history.

Bradley28VariousContent, subjects, and guests are great. Production needs help. Audio is erratic, hard to hear some, breathing heard too much in some by host — audio irregularities are disappointing for so many episodes. Would be 5 stars with better audio.

Classic#10Great podcasts! The content is good and informative and conversations are a joy to listen to. These guys are passionate and very respectful, which is rare in the era of “hot takes”, which is most often people saying outrageous things for clicks. Not TFT! Keep it up!

15LettersInteresting content. Poor production. This team, along with the accompanying website, present very interesting content that goes beyond game weeks and deep into history, culture, and economics. But the audio production is poor. It sounds like you’re listening in on a phone call between friends who are both on trains, dipping in and out of good reception.

FriendlyNeighborhoodSpiderPigAll around terribleFirst off, the audio quality is pretty bad, but I listen to other podcasts with bad audio because they have good content. This does not. Not only do some of the guests not know what they are talking about, when they finally do get a guest that has researched his points, they do not listen to him. There are times when they ask a question that the guest had just answered but I guess they didn’t realize it because they weren’t listening. Maybe you’ll like this podcast if you agree with some of their irrational, illogical, emotional takes, but otherwise their is a better way to spend the time you would devote to this.

anoo11Decent topics but annoying breathingplease just mute microphones when listening to guest caller

JFPIV89Good ContentGreat content but the background noise (breathing into the mic) is distracting

El Duque de BarçaAwful Audio QualityI enjoy the subject matter, but often times the audio quality is just awful. I’m sorry but recorded Skype calls and tinny sound is off putting
