Came here deceived, thinking I was about to listen to a podcast created by Jason Luv (the adult film star) and instead was found out it’s just some random author/guru guy out of Texas. Five ⭐️’s for trickery my guy.

Used to enjoy the show despite the host’s massive ego but like many people today he has succumbed to living in fear of “the other.” You could feel it when he announced his move to LA to join the Rogan Bros in Austin and it’s only gotten worse. Perhaps he’s just trying to chase what he believes will make him more culturally relevant so he can make more money or perhaps he’s just always been a huckster and there just weren’t enough alternatives covering this subject. But there are now so I will happily unsubscribe and I hope a few of my favorite guests see him for who he is and the hate he is now pushing and decline future guest appearances.

Look forward to the show every week, especially the longer interview episodes. Jason isn’t afraid to ask questions instead of going along with whatever the guest talks about. Would be awesome if Caleigh Fisher can be a regular too. I also like the YouTube channel but the podcast format is easier to listen to when I’m doing stuff. Edit- What the heck happened to Duncan Trussell? Dude is manic and unlistenable. Austin isn’t the Mecca you think it is.

Love the topics and guests Jason has on but he is one of the most interruptive interviewers I have every listened to and it makes listening to episodes very difficult. I don't technically have a problem with the so-called high involvement communication style where the interlocutors jump into what the other person is saying, but Jason straight-up talks over his guests and breaks their train of thought repeatedly. Not only is this annoying as a listener, it also feels mildly disrespectful to the guest who is theoretically invited on for their expertise and unique perspective, I.e. their voice should be the one I hear much more than Jason's. It seems like the episode is 40% Jason, 60% the guest and that's just really jarring, especially when his interjections don't usually add much, they just force a different question onto the guest before they have finished their last thought.

Wait till you hear his views on Gaza and Israel. I could put up with long winded, self-cingratulatory, going nowhere with this idea eps. But the stuff on ep 209– absolutely wretched. Never coming back.

Episodes drag on for far too long and are monotonous. I tried to like it but ended up being wasted space in the podcast library.

Change never begins from the middle of the mob. Step out of the masses long enough to consider ANYTHING that’s not allowed. Kill your TV too…while you’re at it. Thank you Jason!!

Listened to the Zerzan interview. The only way to save the planet is by a huge reduction in the human population. Some countries are experiencing declining populations but probably not fast enough or large enough to stop global warming. I agree with Louv that China won't become the leading global power. It's a very xenophobic country that freaks out when there is too much foreign influence. There are already signs that the current regime is losing its "mandate of heaven" and will begin to close off to the world. It's a cyclical pattern in their history.

This show by Louv is hot fetid garbage. Why some interesting people decide to go on Jason’s podcast is beyond me. Late stage capitalism on high display with this weak hustle. Definitely not for me.

Jason has a voice built for podcasts. I was wondering when he would get serious about the pod game. Glad to see he’s picking up steam again cause he’s got the capability to become a huge show. Always look forward to every cast. Great music too!

I am filled with joy every time i see a new episode. One of my absolute faves.

Particularly the forgive yourself episode but this podcast and his books!! Learned so much and continue to. All awesome. Thank you.

Even if you take the magick out of everything Jason says its all valuable stuff. I always try to explain it as a form of being reparented. In his courses and everything else Ive listened to Jason has taught me how to be a level headed adult. Things I wish my parents had shown me or I had known so I could teach my kids. Better late than never as they say. So my point is even people that roll their eyes at magick should listen because he really is a brilliant man with alot to teach us all.

Now I feel like it’s just an advertisement for his Magick.me courses. Jason, please make more podcasts for your fans who don’t have the time or $$$ to take your courses. When you had guests on regularly this was the best occult themed podcast out.

Even when conflicted with what is being presented I’ve found that I’m always better off from listening. Introspection and empathy abounds.

I found this podcast from listening to Duncan Trussell and wow —it’s the top of my list each week!!! Give it a listen! I truly look forward to the episodes and have found them immensely helpful in my life. I started out 100% as a skeptic, but I stuck around because I really love the way Jason explains things in a clear and helpful way. Highly recommend 10/10

Wow, the Covid-19 pandemic has been a stark crucible moment. So many of the practitioners that I respected and learned from have showed ignorance and callousness during this time. Derisively calling a worldwide pandemic “ThE fLu” is an example of the embarrassing fallibility of another person I idolized. Dang man, really?

I have loved Jason Louv’s essays and I was really looking forward to this. But its too stuffed with adverts for his own mystery school, and he tends to interrupt his guests so you wonder who is actually being interviewed here. Expanding Minds works better for me.

This podcast is exactly what I was looking for/needed! The host is well versed in all manner of subjects, including religion, gnostic principles, counter cultures, politics etc... I also really enjoy the guests. Please keep doing this show Jason. This is exactly what people need to hear right now. Thanks for all the work you put into this podcast!

These podcasts are superb. Louv's guests are from all disciplines, all walks of life, and for the most part, extremely interesting. The subjects are just as far-flung, and there is truly something to pique every listener's interest. Tasty stuff!

Jason presents Magick and other occult information in a great format. His shows are very well thought out and nicely produced. He presents his teachings and wealth of other knowledge in a pleasing format. The true occult is not an easy path for anyone, but with Jason Louv as your guide, you won’t go wrong. I never miss an episode!!

Jason is the Israel Regardie of our time. He is well-spoken, demystifying and straight to the point. Best of all he’s unpretentious and humble. Sometimes I just wish he would just use hair-gel though.

His guests are seriously lacking. For as much knowledge and experience Jason has, he does not have a great guest selection. It's almost like the show is dumbed down to a point. Jason is way above this and I hope he will do more through research on future guests so the conversations can be more equally balanced.

How do you feel knowing John Trump worked with Vannevar Bush (his mentor at MIT) on the UFO file, Jason?? Clearly this Russian Trump Hysteria all relates back to the UFO issue, don’t know why people in the magic field still fall for the media pushed Trump hysteria. (See Kruschev and Kennedy, and Reagan and Gorbachev relationships). Oh that’s right Jason hates “conspiracy theories” and and completely buys main stream narratives. Apparently he never heard about operation mockingbird. Hell even E Howard Hunts lawyer Douglass Caddy has testified that Hunt told him Kennedy was assassinated because he wanted to share the “alien presence” with the Russians. My mind is blown how he’s critical of “conspiracies”. Has he never read any of Richard Dolan’s books? Otherwise he did good work on empire of angels

This podcast is such a fantastic resource. I’ve always loved Jason as a guest on other podcasts I listen to, and i’m so thrilled that his podcast has returned. It’s quickly becoming my new favorite. Each episode is different but always adds to the overall thread of ultraculture. I can’t recommend this podcast enough if you’re interested in the occult.
