Please come back... I really miss this program. Some of these episodes had me hanging on every word.

Mountain Podcast is so unassuming and soft spoken. This is only the tenth review written about it on iTunes. Contrasting to many (American) outdoors podcasts, you will probably never find intense music or self-designated hardcore-ness, or hyperbole. What you will find are a collection of well sculpted stories about real people who love adventure, immersed in a rich soundscape, punctuated by soft- often sweet and nostolgic- music. It's not "hell yeah" or "brah". There is no lead-in to inform you how impressed you should be with the subject of the story. But, if you have a soul, you will listen with quiet wonder and find yourself a little (or a lot) more eager for your next expedition.

Well done podcast. Almost as good as being up the mountain.

This podcast one of the best about tramping and the outdoors I've seen. There's a great variety of topics and terrains discussed (though most focus on Scotland).

I listen to Mountain while at work. The stories are engaging and the fantastic audio makes me feel like I am on an outdoor adventure with the narrator.
