    Over ADVERTISING
We enjoy putting a podcast on, lying down, relax, close our eyes… The ADS are off putting. The storytelling never realized because the 8 minute blasts 💥 of ADs being an unsettling distraction over and over? Turn off, delete podcast. Another awaits discovery …

    Good but…
I’m only on episode 3, so I might be a bit bias, ands it’s a great podcast, but there’s SO many ads… like probably over 7 minutes of ads per episode. Seems like a bit much. I might update this later once I’ve listened to more.

Why is this podcast listed under midnight climax????
I just left this dumb stealing Superman podcast one star, then I realized that it gave MIDNIGHT CLIMAX one star! Wth!? Midnight climax was a solid 5 star podcast. Why is this Superman podcast piggy backing off of MC?☹️

    Amazing story told well
Can’t believe how under the radar this show is. Heard about it by pure chance. Excellent quality show telling a story well. Highly recommend.

    Meh.
The commercials made this podcast sound so interesting! Long, boring, tedious is more accurate. I stopped after episode 6 because I was so tired of the sex. Awful.

    Could’ve been one episode
It takes 7 episodes to even get to the actual operation for which the series is named. Production companies need to stop drawing stories out just to get the ad revenue, they’re going to lose listeners. Also, the narrator sounds like a square who thinks a character using marijuana is dramatic and criminal. They’re really reaching for suspense.

    Truly Captivating
I was hooked from the moment the host spoke his opening lines that would send me down the rabbit hole to a world of conspiratorial noir. A world driven by ordinary people yet haunted by an unwavering devil and his contemporaries. It’s a take of awe and terror, for the ghost in this story is not a spirit, but a man who will stop at nothing and spare no expense for the sake his own twisted amusement. Give it a try.

    Heavy-handed and tardy?
Great story. Mediocre writing heavy-handed and melodramatic. And where is episode seven?? It’s been nine days as of this post. Consistency is key boys and girls.

Great story - almost too crazy to be true
This is a really well done podcast. One of the few of it’s type that I’ve really gotten into. I’ve listened to every episode and look forward when the next one comes out. Well written and directed. Tells a fascinating story and is disturbing and frightening, and yet so outrageous in its nature that it is somewhat amusing, and certainly entertaining. Definitely recommend.

    Fearing Loathing Meets the CIA
This is a few and the most interesting pod cast I have listen to in a very long time. The voice acting is cheesy but I’m a good way.

    A fascinating look at MK-ULTRA
This podcast does a fantastic job at unraveling the despicable experiments performed on unwitting Americans during the Cold War. The title is a bit misleading as the podcast doesn’t solely focus on Operation Midnight Climax, but instead looks at how that operation fits into project MK-ULTRA as a whole. The voice acting is a bit cheesy, but if you can get past that then this podcast is absolutely worth a listen!

    Excellent
Great podcast. Presented in an interesting and informative way.

    Great content, voice acting horrendous.
The story itself is laid out beautifully. Very engaging and fascinating! The sound effects and voice acting....quite cheesy and off-putting. Almost enough to quit listening. But I will endure it because the facts and story line is so informative and interesting. I have never left a review - even though I have several favorite podcasts/ limited series......the sound effects and voice acting is THAT corny and over done.

    Too many commercials
Way too many commercials compared to other podcasts. No thanks.

    Solid, fun
I like the style of this show, there aren't a lot of noir kind of podcasts like this. It's crazy how much research they've done. I've heard parts of the story, but never laid out like this.

    interesting material, but...
a touch overwrought and FAR too many ads.

Bad voice acting, all promo no content
All production no content. It’s like listening to one long movie trailer with adds.

    Very interesting and well written
Worth a listen - Very interesting podcast which tells the story very well.

    Nicely narrated series
I really like the style of this series. The story is told like a documentary in a linear fashion. Voice acting is good too, not cheesy. Noel Brown has one of the best narrative voices. I really enjoyed this series. I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of the series as it comes out.
