AnnyR18The podcast title is quite unfortunateI saw this podcast title on my HBR newsletter and immediately cringed. Why would they use race in the title? As a podcast that educates about diversity, I am expecting them to not use this word since it is a completely made up concept that there are different races with it's only purpose being to discriminate and create racism. Racism is very real, as we all hopefully know. Race is not.

trillmixxVery useful, important, and relevant—a must hear for business professionals! As an early-career professional in DEI work, this podcast has been super informative for me. It helps bring perspectives you otherwise might not hear in the workplace. The variety of DEI professionals that speak on this podcast helps me dream BIG for my own goals at my company.

n.carrawayIncredible and informativeThis is one of the best podcasts I’ve listened to on the subject. The quality of guests - both in insights and industry stature - is unparalleled. Looking forward to where the series grows!

bothered 2020Episode OneI’m excited for this podcast I’m always looking for new ones that will help me grow personally and professionally. The episode with one of the Wework co-founders, wow! I don’t believe I’ve ever heard a guest on a podcast be so wholly unprepared to answer straightforward questions. I was “bothered”overall but especially when it came to how he’s engaging and taking meaningful action after admitting on Instagram, he’s part of the problem when it comes to equity inclusion belonging. It was clear to me the answer was “nothing”. What a disappointment. Structural racism and racist policies make harm BIPOC Americans. It seems for him it was simply a matter of making an observation and then going back to the status quo; Do better. The word he needs to explore is “intentional”. I’m looking forward to more episodes of the show.
