    Best True Crime Podcast
They are well researched. Their chosen professions adds to the show because they give listeners insight as to what maybe going through investigators minds as they investigate the cases being presented.

    Absolutely my favorite
My go-to, drive by myself listen. I find myself gasping at some of the evidence and cases.

    In a Class By Itself
The storytelling, analysis, production quality and editing, the sensitivity, professionalism and voices of the hosts make this my favorite podcast in the genre… and that’s saying a lot.

    Amazing show
The hosts are excellent at what they do and the stories are well laid out and organized. I only have one small complaint. When I click the link to see the cases it’s sends me to the home page and I have to scroll for it

    Very good
Well researched, both investigative and prosecutorial perspectives are expressed as well as details of case are given. Note: see “had went” vs “had gone” Scott!

    Commercials and misconduct
Interesting content but the amount of commercials you guys have beats out major studios. You have a commercial break ruffly every 5 minutes. Commercial time rivals content time. It makes it too hard to get into the content. I encourage people to do some research into Anna-Sigga. Lots of misconduct, including concealing evidence.

    Ads
This is such a well produced podcast. I hesitate to listen because of the continual ad interruptions. I think it is over sponsored for the length of the show.

Have been a faithful listener for a few years now. Content is great, both hosts have remarkable life experience to provide powerful insight.

    Doomsday.
I live an hour north of Rexburg, Idaho. You guys handled this case better than any other podcast I’ve heard that covered this. Ray Hermosillo is awesome and your interview with him was awesome! Thank you for your take!

Just doesn’t get better than this
I love everything about this podcast: the thoroughness of the research, the in-depth interviews, and the compassion both hosts show to each and every victim. Hands down my favorite podcast.

    My favorite podcast
My most favorite podcast. I’ve been listening since day one. I look forward to every Tuesday when new episodes come out. I know people have made bad reviews about this podcast and it’s apparent misery loves company. This podcast is absolutely amazing and these guys are doing a great job!

    Sad loyalty
These two people are pathologically addicted to making excuses for the police missteps. It’s saddens me, because in journalism, there has to be some objectivity. It’s simply the case that the police in some episodes have made mistakes, have hurt investigations and have mistreated victims’ families. These two professionals seem incapable of acknowledging that. Perhaps this kind of attitude contributes to the lack of accountability we sometimes see in poor or botched police work.

    Favorite True Crime Podcast
I’ve been listening for about a year now and am finally to the summer of 22! Want to watch them all. I am a huge fan, and have learned so much about crime, investigative work, and prosecution. Fantastic podcast, and the hosts are lovely and experts, make a great team. 💕

    Commercials
This podcast has so many commercials. I’ve gotten to the point of hating the products that support this podcast and will never use any of them! Also, hosts are not interesting and state the obvious that any child would be able to ascertain. Have deleted from my podcast list.

    Wow. Host misconduct
I just read on of the comments and after 2 years of listening I decided to good glee the female host and just wow. How this woman not gonna address her misconduct matters. I have no interest to list anymore cause it just seem too fraudulent. I should have known. Prosecutors are never up to any good. Should make an episode about how you got the name wrong in one of your cases and all the other stuff. Bye
  • Sldykema
    So great.
You guys are amazing. The kind way you present the info just draws in the listener even when the story is breaking.
  • jskaocisksbwoco
    James Coppola
In your episode you specifically state his family DID NOT want their personal business out in public, then you make an episode including that information???? Was there no other case you could've covered instead?? Did you have any contact with the family to ensure they were okay with you capitalizing off of their pain that they wanted to keep private?
  • Jembenson
Sensitive to the victim and families
A sensitive yet informative procedural true crime podcast that is well researched and done with dignity and care for the victims and their families.

    Prosecutorial Misconduct
Used to love the insight of both the hosts…until I did more research on Anna-Sigga. She is not a reliable reporter, or a friend of the innocent. 0/10 recommend this podcast and any analysis by Anna-Sigga
  • medicshelly223
    Love this podcast, however…
I truly love this podcast, the views and perspectives, however, too long on commercials, too many commercials…. I understand that commercials are income, however, if the amount of commercials were limited, then this is on.y at best a 20-22 minute podcast once ALL the commercials are removed from the actual content of the podcast. You need to add more detailed information if the both of you keep the extremely excessive amount of commercials. Those long commercials are off-putting. Otherwise this is a great podcast.

    Updated review
I like that the podcast is actually about crime cases and not 30 mins of talking about themselves. They also give their perspectives from their expertise, which is interesting Update: still appreciate no unnecessary long banter, but my god Scott can really bother me when he says “familiar” as “ferrrrmillieerr” idk it’s just bothersome he does it with other words too. Lots of ads and a little iffy on Anna-Sigga and her history of not actually trying to pursue justice
  • Rshell81
    Ehh
It’s ok but there are far better true crime podcasts available. There are way way more commercials during the shows than most other shows it seems - and the episodes lack details..they make it sound like they are leaving out details to be more respectful but it comes across as lazy. I listen to this when I’ve run out of all my other choices.
  • Ilissa
    Great podcast!
I love the way this podcast breaks everything down and the explanations
  • Meldisman
    Poor Choice of Host
I found the podcast only mildly interesting and listened only when I didn’t have anything else. Then I learned about Anna-Sigga’s cases being overturned. Look it up. I cannot support someone who lacks integrity and honesty when their job was to serve the public. Further more, you shouldn’t portray her as an expert in the field when her career is shadowed in wrongdoings. I will not continue to listen.

    NEW HYPERFICTION
Love this podcast! I wanted to listen to true crime but never liked any until I found this one. I enjoy how the hosts bring guests who actually worked on the cases to bring more insight on said case. It can also bring a puzzle like atmosphere to the listeners, I personally peace things together along and it’s so much fun! And, I want to bring a moment of silence to the ones who pasts on. And I want to give a thanks to everyone who brought those justice and peace. Prost auf alle, cheers to all.

Great introduction to true crime podcasts!
I recently got into these true crime podcasts, and I can say this is an extraordinary start! They stories are so strong and compelling. Rather than seeing the bad, I can’t help but be amazed at these amazing people who have worked so hard to give these families closure. May God bless each and every one of those amazing people, and those who have passed on. These people 100% deserve the recognition. All I can say is, may the Holy Spirit be with everyone affected.
  • okaybtch
    Unfollow.
Started listening as an avid true crime follower. Then, I looked more into what Anna-Sicca Nicolazzi did (or should I say his) as a prosecutor and was appalled. She shouldn’t be hosting a podcast, she should be in jail. Disgusting.
  • Swsf1
    Terrible sound quality
Couldn’t understand the guy often interviewed. Volume goes up and down throughout which made for an unpleasant listening experience.

    One of my favorite Podcasts
I was so moved by your show about Unique Harris. Her mother, Valencia, is a beautiful person. God bless her.

    Great
I’m pretty picky about my true crime podcast, this one is in the top three! They do an incredible job articulating the story and bringing stories to light that I’ve never heard of before! Thank you for sharing the story of Unique Harris. Too often, criminals take the spotlight. This episode showcases the great loss and suffering of losing a loved one, and how a mother’s love moves mountains.
  • grammar girl1
So well done but my heart broke.
Unique Harris. This piece was so well done but my heart broke for her family. Especially her mom and sons. I hope her mom can find Unique and have some peace.
  • Jellybean Taylor
    Unique Harris
I’ve heard this story already. I almost was not going to listen. Unique’s mother told her story with so much emotion. She’s a strong woman. I also love the fact that the hosts told their parts and spoke of Unique and her mother so eloquently. This is not the first story where I felt this way. Good job and keep putting out these important stories. This woman is still fighting. I pray that she finds her daughter’s remains. May Unique rest in peace and her legacy live deep through her sons.

    advertisement deterrent
I very much enjoy this podcast, its hosts, the unique stories that are told, and the way that they’re told with compassion, but the ads have become so much of a frequent interruption that I cannot do it anymore.

    Boring
I seen that this podcast was recommended in a comment section but it wasn’t worth the time. The way they tell the story is so boring and monotone. Also excessive ads.
  • dkcnslfighekn
    Sound of Voice Matters
Decent procedural. I know you have a script. Scott does a great job “reading” it in a way that sounds conversational. Anna-Sigga - not so much. She’s obviously reading, but worse, the intonation and cadence of her sentences is sing-song-y and sounds like she’s scolding. Imagine a parent saying to a child, “if you don’t stop that, you won’t get your dessert”. That’s how every sentence sounds.
