    Don’t give bad medical advice
Your voiceover ad for Jace Medical you told listeners they don’t want to run out of antibiotics during flu season. The flu is a viral infection and taking antibiotics is at best useless and could be harmful. Stick to baseball.

    Great podcast
I love your show it’s really insightful, always giving new and interesting information with your own special depth beyond the basics, I was wondering if you can talk about about the triple a portion of the rule 5 draft as to for example does a player become eligible the same time as for the major league portion and if a player is in double A does he need to be added to the aaa roster to not be taken by the draft or is there a 40 man roster style thing for aaa like there is for the majors and if he does is the deadline the same as the major league deadline or is the deadline the day of the draft? Again thanks for your show

    This Show is Great
Love the analysis and information provided by Lindsay. I started a baseball scouting internship last summer and downloaded this podcast to become more knowledgeable about MLB Prospects and the scouting world in general, and this show delivers every single episode. Keep up the great work!

Informative but maybe missing the big picture
I’m appreciative of the fact that there’s a daily podcast on MLB baseball prospects - it must be difficult to research and write prospect content on a daily basis including the off-season. The level of detail on prospects (and the major league players they may replace) is informative and useful, and I enjoy this podcast for this reason. But I wonder if the host Lindsay Crosby and the producers might occasionally lose sight of the bigger picture with baseball prospects. For example, draftees / prospects / minor leaguers historically have a notoriously high attrition rate on their quest to reach the major leagues. Let alone reach the majors and become stars. It might be good if host Lindsay Crosby would mention this reality more often when discussing the ceilings and projections of whichever exciting prospect is being discussed. Also, I’ve noticed a few occasions where players names are mispronounced on the podcast. For example, in the Dec 19 2022 episode, the host pronounced major league player Jonathan Schoop’s name as ‘Shoop’ - its supposed to be pronounced ‘Scope’. And it’s not like Jonathan Schoop is a new obscure prospect - he’s been an MLB regular for 10 years and counting. And I’ve noticed this kind of thing with other players’ names too. Small details, but it makes you wonder whether the podcast creators are spending enough time actually watching baseball games when they assess players, in addition to sabremetric research like looking up Baseball Savant statistics and scouting reports. But it’s still an enjoyable and useful podcast.

    An artistic 5-star review
Listen up: There I was. Where? I was sitting in my house. But not just in my house. I was sitting in my house, metaphorically. And literally. But mostly metaphorically. But I was sitting in my house, soaking—nay, baking—in the metaphorical heat of unknowing, wondering loudly and compulsively to myself, “hey, what’s going on with these MLB Prospects?” I availed myself of the Google. What did I find? Well. I think we know. I found Locked On MLB Prospects with the inimitable Lindsay Crosby. Now, you good people need to understand something: this podcast really helped me out. The darkness of my ignorance was claustrophobic and hot, as I have implied previously. But imagine a doorway. Not closed. This is metaphorical. Imagine this metaphorical room that is metaphorically very hot and very small and understand that I was metaphorically trapped inside it. But there’s a doorway and it’s open. It might not even have a door. But I’m trapped still. Are you still with me? Very well-ventilated but still extremely toasty, I was baking like an artisan pizza covered in the butter of my ignorance. Cooking. And Lindsay Crosby stepped into the gap, so to speak. He put himself betwixt myself and the suffering of my own creation. Like a great big ol’ portico he slammed shut the air-warping consequences of my own unknowingness and closed the portal of my curiosity. I am now free. No longer do I sit upon a throne of hot and suffocating speculation. Now, I know. About the MLB Prospects. Thank you, Caveman Lifecoach, esq.

61 is not just the Yankees record…
…it’s the AL record. Be sure to let Lindsay know. Also, I heard him on Locked on Yankees recently admit that he was wrong on Dominguez. Takes a big man to admit he was wrong. I look forward to ESPN breaking into college football games in 10 years when The Martian is breaking Judge’s record. :-) Go Yankees and War Damn…

    Friend Recommend
My friend recommended this podcast, so I gave it a try. That was about three weeks ago and I’ve listened to every episode that has aired since. If you like prospecting or minor league baseball, then this is a good podcast for you.

I love the podcast. I am a fantasy baseball player that is new to a dynasty league and this has helped me greatly. My questions for Crosby: do you play in any fantasy baseball leagues? Do you find your listeners are usually fantasy players or more interested in real life baseball implications of the prospect world? Do you have fantasy baseball in mind when you make the show? Thanks for the show!

This prospects podcast is a top-3 for me!
Aram is fantastic as a host. Extremely detailed with his knowledge of top prospects of course, but as much the deep, lesser known prospects to help out your dynasty team for the long term.

    Definitely Recommend!
A great regular and easy listen for the real baseball fan that wants to hear someone that knows and cares about the game—as opposed to another blabbermouth talking head just looking to get clicks and views.

Finally a daily podcast on prospects!!!!
Podcast already off to such a strong start. I am impressed and excited to finally be able to tune into a daily podcast on prospects! You can just tell Aram knows baseball on a different level by the conversations he has with the players he brings on. I really learn something every time I listen and he gets things out of players most don’t in the interviews. I am SUBSCRIBED and cant wait to keep listening!
