    The sound quality. Really?
Only writing this review because COVID-19 has allowed me the time to sit down and do so. First of all, I love the show (Brooklyn represent)... Correction, I love the content. But the sound quality! What is going on? I give the sound quality of the guests a pass (barely) because they’re calling in, but why does the host sound like he’s broadcasting over a land line phone? It’s also doing a terrible disservice to the otherwise brilliant music selections. I can’t appreciate an Afro punk beat when it sounds like it’s coming from an AM radio station. Not to mention, I’ve kept my mouth shut for almost a year now, because I keep hearing the announcement that you’re moving to a new studio, but dear God when? At this point I’m thinking it’s time to give up that dream and move on to another platform. Hell, Anchor is free and I bet you’ll get better sound quality if you switch to that. In an age where new podcasts are popping up every few minutes, the sound of AfroNerd Radio is the only thing keeping me from recommending the show to my friends. From a peer (40+ yrs old) and genuine fan of the show, please please please fix the sound!

    Need more balance
Another quality show but you need more balance. Too much negativity.

Have U had Your Plus Sign(positive) today?
I want to love this show. These guys (and now lady) are highly intelligent (which I love), they play some awesome music (which I also love)! They love Prince (HUGE COOL POINTS) and they bring up some good points! BUT mostly there never seems to be anything positive to say. It seems to be always about "the man" with a lot of wining, complaining and negative talk. A LOT of it! We get enough of that everyday. It would be cool if they balanced it out by talking (in length) about some cool happening in the black geekdom. I usually don't come away from this podcast feeling good. I usually feel mad or kind of down. And because of that I sometimes can't listen very long. Cheer up guys, maybe things aren't where they should be but they are better than they were.

    My sentiments exactly!
"There's a lotta money to be made in the culture..." We don't have to fight for it. There's plenty... Dope show. Great insights.

    A bit too much
I am hungry for a non ghettoized afro perspective but this podcast seems to be all over the place with too distracted with all the range of uncovered and ignored topics to explore.
