Podcast Without Pretense

24

Originally started as a podcast about uncluttering your life, “Podcast Without Pretense” is the successor to “Uncluttercast.” Eric Sandine, Jonathan Strickland and Iyaz Akhtar discuss anything that pops into their heads. We don’t know what we’ll talk about until we start recording.

Absolutely love this podcast, my only complaint is the long wait for new episodes. Over all it's a fantastic no bs podcast that's just fun to listen to.

Great casual podcast about what's streaming
Just wanted to say I enjoy this podcast as they find good stuff on Netflix to try.

    Single Greatest Show Ever?
Just having Falstaff comment in the backround proves it. Whats better than the best? PWP

    Best Podcast of 2014
This show is, hands down, the best podcast to have ever been recorded by anyone, ever. Sure, Eric can be a pain but you can't really blame him -- that's just who he is. The fact that these guys. . . crap, does it show my name in this review? I bet it does, doesn't it? Is it bad form to review your own show? Screw it, I'm doing it anyway. This show is awesome, you should listen and. . . someone's at the door. CRAP! Apple is here! They're going to try and stop me but you can't stop the signa

    A Diamond of a show
This is one of my favorite podcasts. Listing to Iyaz, Jonathan and Eric describe terrible movies is a pleasure that defies proper description. You will not regret subscribing. <>

    Truly great meta-podcast
Three great podcasters amuse themselves and their listeners effortlessly. No kidding, they seem to put no effort into this project and yet it never fails to be funny.

    Fun
Never know where the show is going. The video production alone is worth the weekly download. (Best consumed 2x speed.)

    Unpretentiously Funny
A great show to listen to when you want to get away from all the tech seriousness. I love the god awful movie reviews and the fact that the hosts are so relatable and very approachable at events like Nerdtacular.

    Amusing
I love how these guys start the podcast like we're picking up in the middle of a conversation. Also love the bad movie reviews. Keep em coming, maybe not every week, but occasionally. How else would I have found the greatest film of all time, “Señorita Justice.”

    A breath of fresh air
I heard about your podcast during fourcast's final episodes and I thought I'd try it out because the title was enteresting. I gave it a listen and really enjoyed it. It is unlike any other podcasts I listen to, it flows very well and the hosts are great. I highly reccomend this podcast to anyone that needs to laugh. 5 stars!

    Oddly Enjoyable Podcast
The rambling nature of this podcast is completely arbitrary, overly self-effacing and seemingly pointless -- making it much more enjoyable than so many podcasts that operate under the premise that they have well thought-out and valuable content to impart to their listeners.

    No Pretense.....Mo' Pleasure! :-)
Enjoyable.....and represents well the basis for the belief that very interesting, naturally entertaining, and highly intelligent show hosts will almost always produce content that's worth a listen. True here for sure, as the hosts' perspective and presentation even made "Kevin Bacon movies" a worthwhile topic on a recent episode. Ha! I'm equally as sure that my rather lukewarm opinion of the movie, "Footloose" (starring Kevin Bacon) hasn't changed.....as I am sure that I will indeed continue to eagerly anticipate downloading and enjoying each new episode of "Podcast Without Pretense". Thank you!
