    Interesting topics. Insightful questions.
Sam gets the most out of his guests. And a great panel of guests he gets!!

    An elegant and respectful host
This podcast is a truly varied delight, with host Sam Goldsmith approaching east guest with an eye to their unique experiences and skills, so that each episode shows research and respect. His questions are clearly relevant to the particular guest, but there’s also a rhythm to the interviews that flows across the series. The episodes with Orlando Murrin and The Bear’s Lionel Boyce are particularly well done and entertaining. A great podcast to follow.

    L1 meals
Make a pot of beans and freeze in baggies sandwich bags for one. Tins cost way too much, a freezer bag is easy all you need is time to defrost. If you’re buying in bulk, cook in bulk… No fresh herbs? Grow a pot full on your porch or counter, think ahead and plant, it’s easy!

    Stay in your lane
When you have a guest chef on to discuss thrir cooking and background, maybe allow them to answer the listener questions before the chef with no knowledge whitesplains everything and gets it wrong.

    Great with Tom and Orlando
Great with Tom and Orlando, hopefully they’ll be back at some point. Not so great with the mostly Millennials harping on about first world problems. It’s just so painful.

Love Tom & Orlando but not staff
Really love the enthusiasm of Tom and Orlando along with their topics and discussion. But the staff sounds so incredibly bored. Would recommend that they pep up and have a coffee before recording.
