Like many things today I just want what I tuned in for, history and information on alcohol but what I find is Dan can’t help but slip politics into his podcast thus ruining another great idea in entertainment with political biases.

I enjoyed the American whiskey show from WeHo that you hosted recently. Thought ‘Rabbit Hole’ should be included. Perhaps you can add invite Mike Rowe and ‘Knobel Whiskey’ on soon.🥃

Dan is so honest that’s so funny.

Dan gives amazing reviews while also having amazing conversations. One of my favorite podcasts for sure!

This guy is full of bologna. Just straight dog manure constantly coming out of his mouth. Insecure, ignorant, arrogant, selfish, and many more traits that make this the worst.

Was excited to listen to the Podcast with the Barrrel Bourban discussion. First part enjoyed when talking with the Barrel Bourbon principals. The came the discussion with the no name actor which devoled into a political discussion. Dan said several times, "lets not got political" and then he went right into politics. I turned it off and won't listen again.

I followed Dan over here after hearing him in a semi-regular appearance on another podcast. I take every single drink recommendation to heart and I absolutely make a point to look for any brand he discusses. I’m a whiskey drinker who just yesterday bought a bottle of gin solely based on his description. This podcast is more than just alcohol reviews, of course. Beyond the show description, if I had to pin a central theme, it’d be: what you drink and the circumstances and culture surrounding it are important. Listen to the show. You might have a slightly different spin, but you’ll get what I mean. Quick story. About 20 years ago, I was at an anniversary party, standing off to the side of the bar with my “cool aunt”. We watched a continuous parade of 20-somethings each walk up to the bar and ask, “Can I have a glass of white zin?” Eventually, she had enough. “I can’t stand this. Someone needs to teach these girls how to drink!” She ordered three Grey Goose and sodas with a splash of cranberry juice, brought them over to three of my cousins drinking white zinfandel, stayed and talked with them for a few minutes and then rejoined me at the bar. She had a crapload of reasons for that choice of cocktail - all solid reasons I’d love to turn into a mandatory class. Point being: drinking is about more than pouring booze into your face and living with the consequences. Nobody discusses important things like this better than Dan. Cheers!

I love this podcast. Easy to listen to, fun and I come out learning something! Also love Dunn's voice...could listen for hours.

Dan is genuine and always offer real views on the show. The podcast is entertaining and very informative, and of course, so booze don't hurt!

The content is interesting to be sure. But like too many in CA, he feels the need to inject obnoxious political views into everything he says. Make America Great Again refers to the America that went to the moon because our President envisioned it. It's the America that stopped the Nazis from taking over all of Europe. This guy sounds like Anti-Fa (I'll cave your head in to stop you from being a meanie).

I’ve been following dan’s work for a while, and all I can say is it’s about time he finally did something worthwhile. Only took 30 years too! Kidding, he’s awesome.
