I love this podcast!!! It's been two months since the last episode. Dcn. Michael...where are you???

I absolutely love this podcast! I was hooked at the Ecumenical Councils and loved the series on “For the Life of the World”. Currently I am a Protestant, but am learning much about Orthodoxy. Dn. Michael is awesome to listen to and makes the weekly lesson understandable and applicable. I look forward to each new episode and hope this podcast continues on for a long long time!

I found this Podcast a few weeks ago, and it has changed my life. I have learned more church history from these lessons, than I have learned in my entire life in the Protestant church. Dn. Michael is incredibly informative, presents the information well, and really knows what he is talking about. I am constantly listening to each session over and over to make sure I am getting everything he is trying to get across. This is a definite ‘must subscribe’ for anyone, like me, trying to learn more about Orthodox Christianity.

I'm not Orthodox but I really enjoy this show. Dn. Hyatt is a great speaker and has taught me a lot about Orthodoxy and Christianity in general. Definately a great podcast for anyone who wants to learn more about early Chrisitan Church history and what Orthodox Chritianity teaches.

This podcast is excellent. It is one of my favorite podcasts of AFR - I look forward to it each week. Dn. Hyatt is easy to listen to, the podcasts are a good length and the topics he covers are of course a wonderful primer for Orthodoxy. His explains Orthodox customs and theology in a manner easy to understand and accept for someone coming from a Protestant tradition. This would be the first podcast I would reccommend to anyone interested in Orthodoxy and one I will send many friends to for a better understanding - especially of the "hot" topics that seem to remind us of Rome.

This podcast has great apologetic value! Dn. Michael covers heavy material yet he makes it highly accessible with his humble mannerism. The laity in his classes also add great insights as well. This podcast aided me in my quest to find Christ's Body, the Orthodox Church.
