Late 2018 or the beginning of 2019 is when I started listening. I was going through some terrible times and on my way to the gym, I found this podcast. This podcast played a big part in my growth and I’m glad to have experienced this journey. William, I truly want to say thank you. Only podcast to make me cry (the grieving episode) and to just make me realize what evil what was going on with me and others. You helped me find myself and become more selfish. Glad you will now be the person you want to be. I truly will never forget this podcast.

Not only do I find myself shouting YAAAAAAS multiples times throughout this podcast, the sound effects are also perfect. Check it out! Will does an amazing job each episode. It really gets me pumped for the week ahead. 10/10

I am catching your podcast, and I’m clearly behind... I’m listening the Dec 5th cast and lo and behold... I come across this! My nonie has a dusty old witch with a kerchief, riding a broom, a yellow felt dress and a twisted witches face. I took it as a token when she passed... I don’t know where I learned the name, but have always had it looking over me like my nonie watching over me. I am so glad that I’ve heard this, I am impressed with The Motivation Podcast. I don't normally rate- but this one deserves it. There's something here for everyone! I love the variety that each episode brings and that he is speaking from his own experiences. I highly recommend giving this a listen.

Will has an uncanny way of saying 97% of my exact thoughts on most things, but is actually able to articulate them, whereas I cannot. I am also an actor, but in Chicago, and it is wonderful to hear that the daily grind is the same wherever you are. Keep working hard and creating excellent work!

William Sterling is one of the most genuine individuals out there. Hearing him explore truth, himself, humanity and the guests on his podcast is the podcast fix that everyone needs. Give it a listen-he's great. And also one of the most talented sound engineers out there. A true broadcaster and talent amongst a bunch of charlatans...he's the real deal.

I can't say enough about Will and this podcast. From pure laughter to tears on a subway to replaying a section over and over again to be certain you heard every word. His ability to love, thirst for knowledge, ability to share freely and great empathy for all shine through every week.

Listening to this podcast really makes you step out of your comfort zone. Will makes you think of situations from such a different perspective and has such passion about the subjects he discusses. Smart, talented, and a kind voice, he opens up your mind and discusses everything, from political to self-esteem building to crazy Christmas witch stories. Keep it going Will, you're doing a great job, and have much more work to do in this world!

Having just finished the La Befana episode, I have to tell you, I LOVE this podcast. I never know what I'm going to get, be it a riveting interview or an oratory on the things that matter the most, but I know it will be just what I need at that moment. Will is thoughtful and well spoken, and as he proves with the La Befana story, he has a gift for prose. I am a fan of this earnest, thought provoking podcast.

William Sterling is an inspiring and wonderful host that produces a podcast so filled with heart that The Motivation Report has something good for everybody. Each episode is unique and inspires its listeners to feel deeper, love more, and stop to think a little harder.

This podcast is very educational and smart. I kind of wish Will would change up the format though, it seems very easy to talk about being a good person whereas perhaps applying it to real life current events might make it more interesting.
