I am always checking out new podcasts and nothings ever seems to hold a candle to this one. I am a Yankees fan, so this helps, but this show discusses great facets of NY sports while not being solely focused on NY. Keep it up guys!

Best radio show on the air!

You are aware there’s other sports, correct? Don and Peter are much better without Kay because it’s not Yankees repeat for 4 hours

La Greca’s singing should be employed by the military in lieu of waterboarding. No Mas La Greca, no mas. Never ever again, please. Cats everywhere are leaping out windows and off balconies. Please, my God. Make it stop.

Let me tell you something I grew up a few blocks away from Yankee Stadium way back during the ice age and now I live in sunny Los Angeles and to be able to listen to these three guys yap and yap and yap. I’m digging it. I’m digging it you know what I’m saying, I think you know what I’m saying. I like the fact Michael doesn’t put a lot of stuff on his food because that was for the longest time relationship even when you’re not talking about my beloved Yankees, I’ll even listen when you’re talking about these guys man they do great service for the United States and parts of Western Canada. Maybe Eastern Europe to who knows these three dudes are the dudes that lives.

Michael Kay makes the show hard to listen to sometimes with his boomer takes, sometimes. Chill out man.

Can I join?

Used to love this show. Don is still great. But Kay has turned into such an arrogant, stuck up, thinks I’m bigger, smarter, better looking then you jock. Peter’s sports knowledge is totally trash. Just a kiss up who can’t leave his political opinions to himself……..And god I hate how many awkward pauses there are.

Love the show and think Michael, Don and Peter have amazing chemistry. Thoroughly entertaining and informative but Don’s constant habit of playing with his pencil or pen when he is on the screen, makes it unwatchable for me. The constant movement of the writing instrument is such a distraction and so annoying. It has become unwatchable for me when he starts doing it on air when the camera shows it.

As a NY Yankees/Giants/Knicks fan living in Germany this show is a must for me every day. I love the show and get a lot of laughs from the debates of Michael, Don, and Peter. Also get a lot of laughter from some of the bad phone calls the guys get. In my younger days growing up in Upstate NY listening to the Yankees on radio I only wanted to hear John Sterling call games. I have become a much bigger fan of Michael as a broadcaster of the Yankees since starting the show.

In the middle of listening the audio will skip to another portion, or stop and go back 5 mins. I love the show and hosts but this makes it hard to listen to.

Love the podcast from STL (formerly from NJ) for NY sports. Yankees fan who loves the rhetoric, entertaining but Peter does not know baseball lol. Keep it up fellas!

The best sports show on radio. The chemistry, wit, and insight between the three personalities stand out against any other.

Always listen on ride home from work. What I miss I listen to on podcast. The best.

Kay show isn’t for mouth breathers

Michael's used car salesman hair look is enough to make me hate listening to him.

Michael knows a decent amount about baseball….. but he doesn’t know anything about other sports and yet he speaks like he’s an expert on every topic. Don and Peter are even worse….. just idiot sports fans with mics in their hands. Not informative at all and the show is helping make fans less informed but more and more confident in their uneducated sports opinions

One of my favorites can listen to this all day. My evenings are not as good without them!

I used to listen years ago when the MKS daily when they had more baseball and Yankees content. These days they are a mix of everything, and though I will listen to other shows that mix everything, the content and delivery is simply not entertaining on this show unless it’s baseball related. Kay has great knowledge and insight of baseball and particularly the Yankees. Yankees should be considered his core. But it seems like the show tries to diversify despite its strength. Therefor baseball comes up few and far between these days. Listening on all other topics is futile. I’ll still check once in a while on the podcast to see if there’s a Yankees topic. But even that, you still need to sit through not worthy content. Dons rants are entertaining, but his delivery otherwise is dull. Peter should not be talking sports. He may have basketball knowledge but he doesn’t seem interested in any other topic outside of social and political ones. I wish there was a Michael Kay podcast with him just discussing the Yankees with or without Don. I’d rate that a 4 maybe even 5. But in its current form, it’s so bad I have even stopped looking for Yankees content on this podcast.

Kay is a legend, Don is the man, and Peter is so entertaining. I love these guys. When I want to hear sports talk, this is the first place I go. They cover the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Come for the sports, stay for the laughs.

We want a rant

Love the sports talk when I can hear it. Unfortunately the drops are 4 or 5 times louder than the show and they are nonsensical. Not sure how people enjoy listening to the same drops over and over and over again. I wish you can get back to talking sports since it is a sports talk show and not a show about very very loud nonsensical drops Would have rated it a 5 but for the drops.

I've listened to the show for about the last three years because of the funny/intelligent personalities and that also included Andrew Gundling. I've listened to “Talk Radio” since the 1970s, and Andrew’s voice and sense of humor are special. Good luck with your next job Andrew.

Living in California, I can’t listen to the guys live. But this new format is the next best thing! I absolutely love feeling like I get to experience the show in its full, zaftig format. You miss a minute, you miss a lot!

Strongly dislike the new format. Not interested in full hour podcasts with all the fluff - used to download all the major interviews - Steve Young, Jeff Passan or any of the local guys as a must listen - will not search to find the 15-20 minutes of interviews I used to listen to. On to a different podcast with my time

Please add back the best of each day tho . . . 4 hours is too much!

I loved the old podcast format. Everything I wanted to hear was condensed down to under 90 minutes like a best of. TMKS Pro Picks should be it’s own episode. Having to fast forward through to try and find it is annoying. Same thing goes for guests on the show. Let me know at what time an interview/segment begins or give it its own episode like you’ve always done. I could go for fewer callers on the pod, too. Some of them are just verbal vomit that I have to fast forward through.

PLEASE INCLUDE A "BEST OF TMKS" IN ADDITION TO THE FOUR HOURS Absolutely love the 4 hour show being translated to a podcast in full but since the new format (separating the hours into their own podcasts) I've found it more difficult to listen and find the key segments. Can you guys please add a "best of" akin to what D&R are doing in the mornings? It would make it much more likely I'd listen each day. Thank you.

I love this show! 5 stars until now. I only have time for 40 minutes to 1 hour podcast plus separate interviews. Not 4 hours of podcasts a day. I just want a piece of a candy not the whole bag or the factory. I have been listening as long as you have had podcasts. Mostly from Montana and Colorado. The show helped me stay connected to New York. Now I am at a lost of what to do. I don’t have time to pick through different segments to get the material I want. It’s too bad I love this show.

Greatest show out there for sports and entertainment with how they play off each other. Haven’t missed one in years thanks to this and the new ESPN radio app. The switch to separating the show into each hour was highly anticipated. I love how each hour has its own title. The title is always a perfect fit for how the show goes.

This guy defends the Yankees to a TEE! and the issue is there no one on the show to ever call him out. It’s honestly hard to listen to whenever he talks Yankees. You can tell he works for them.

I love The Kay Show. The one thing I don’t understand is why they don’t post the whole show like orhershows do. They only give you an hour and it’s never enough. Please Andrew,Michael or who ever is in charge please post whole shows. I promise you won’t loose listeners. Great march madness pod. Keep it up you guys need more podcast out of The Michale Kay Show sort of like a behind the scene theme. Keep it up guys !!!!
