I cried and cried. Hit very close to home, was a familiar journey, and it was so poignant. Thank you Phoebe. Losing my mom was the worst thing that has happened to me. But I related so much to the story. And I too have fun and funny stories from my mom that happened even when so was so sick.

This is the most beautiful show I’ve listened to so far in my podcast history. I love the humanity of it all. A little break from the harsh political climate currently happening. I appreciate the effort and articulation of every episode. I share this with everyone I know. Thank you

I recently found this podcast, and it has been a godsend. I listen to an episode in the morning to start my day. It helps me start the day with love and positivity. My favorite stories have been about finding love in a barbershop, Wolf 8, and the on-the-way-to-dinner stories. My mental health has improved.

Among the Oak Trees is one of the most perfect descriptions of love. I listen to it ever so often. Themes of love and humanity fill the heart. Sorrow only gets to be a supporting character. I love this particular episode. I wish the world knew this story. I love you, Phoebe, for gifting this story. You’ll never see my comment. But, I’ll always love you for sharing this story.

This is a really good podcast to listen to. Lots of interesting things to discover. I get bored easily, and this keeps me going on runs and awake during long drives. I love listening to This is Love.

I absolutely love this episode! I’m immediately reminded of the many times reading it for my own children, and of course it was a favorite. I’m semi-retired now and work a few hours a week in our local library and of course we have a well worn and loved copy.

Grew tired of the liberalism

Criminal fan…I never thought I could vibe with This is Love until Valentine. I was the caregiver for my mom u til her last breath, this show put me on a roller coaster of emotions. What a beautiful show, thank you for sharing All the shapes of Love.

This podcast is unexpectedly beautiful. Love is a big word with far-ranging implications and a diverse scope. But…I was not expecting these poignant stories. Delicate little details that could come from your own mother, daughter or grandfather. ALL of these episodes in one way or another have turned me into mashed potatoes. I love mashed potatoes.

I just listened to the Valentine episode while driving and cried so hard I almost had to pull over. What a beautiful episode.

I always look forward to listening to This Is Love (and Criminal). Such a lovely way to honor your mom. I felt so fortunate when my mom moved from SF Bay Area to Northern California to be closer to me. When her health declined we had similar honest conversations about death and her wishes. I was able to hold her hand and be with her every day once she went on hospice. Now I have the privilege of her ashes peacefully resting here on our property where I can talk to her everyday and take in a beautiful view of the valley. After listening to this episode I stood out with my mom and had a good little cry. Thank you Phoebe for sharing your mom with all of us.

I started listening to Criminal and then later found This is Love. Wish I had found it sooner but happy I got to binge so many episodes once I did. I feel so much when I listen to each story and so many have made laugh and cry at the same. Thank you Phoebe and Lauren for putting together these thoughtful episodes. I so look forward to new episodes dropping! Lately I am really appreciating the informal chats included with membership between Phoebe and Lauren. It’s fun and friendly and I find myself laughing out loud at some things. And I have found some of my own new favorite things from their lists! Criminal/Love is the only podcast duo that I ever considered for membership and so happy I did it.

This could be such a beautiful podcast if they dare to stay away from politically driven leftist nonsense in the advertising. What a shame.

When I can get to the content, I love the show, but too often I get peeved by the host’s affectation and go in search of something else.

At this point, Phoebe Judge can do no wrong. She was blessed with a great voice for storytelling, each show features engaging people and situations, and the narration makes it feel like you were there and these are your memories. 10/10, I love it.
