Blog Era was sick for 2023! Bring back the interviews

I started listening to this podcast 1 year ago and I can say even though they don't consider themselves interviewers, that are my favorite interviews in music today. The fact that they know these people so well already and that they are amazing!

My favorite podcast right now! So dope

Podcast interviews with people who have faced high-stress situations. I imagine conversations would be helpful to rescuer community in dealing with trauma. I recommend a listen.

It’s great to look forward to listening to ItstheReal on a weekly basis. Now to be able to listen to them on a daily basis with Quarantine Radio is Amazing! In a world of Binging shows that have been around its great to have this new content. If you want to Binge and haven't listened to all the Classic episodes, do so. The past, present and future is covered with this Dynamic Duo.

I have been listening to this podcast for years and I love almost every episode. The knowledge of people they interview mixed with the personality and humor they build within their relationships with celebrities is unmatched. I laugh so much while finding out about my favorite stars as well as people that will be making noise in the future. The host are passionate about the work and are incredible to their loyal fans. I look forward to more great podcast.

This has become one of my favorite podcasts. I love their interview style and most importantly I enjoy their goofy humor, so hilarious. I’m not gonna lie i did not expect to love them this much. Still trying to figure out which one is the tall one and which one is the curly-haired one though lol

Been following you guys’ progression since the MTV days and this podcast is amazing. The true embodiment of journalism with a true and deep respect for hip hop. Idk what the next move is for ItsTheReal but I’ll be front and center supporting.

From big names to smaller names to behind the scene names, every interview is thoughtful and funny! I learn something on each episode. They got jokes and great questions! Makes my workday go fast! Amazing insightful intellectual conversation

Every interview is honestly more like an open and fluid conversation. Jeff and Eric come prepared weekly, but honestly when they ask these questions throughout the interview you can tell ALL of the topics are things that they’re genuinely fans of and nothing is forced. Each episode makes me appreciate them even more!Every episode is “heat!”

this week ive been commuting back and forth to chicago and mind you it’s like a 2 and a half hour drive and well usually i would hate my life and just want to crash my car but y’all make my car ride a lil less annoying and a whole lot more enjoyable so love y’all for taking away my road rage and for allowing me to appreciate an artist more with the questions y’all ask also shoutout lil litty AKA big litty now that she’s grown AKA grabAcoat AKA nia for showing me y’alls podcast she’s amazing

When it comes to hip hop podcast, these guys are the best in the business. If they were black, they’d be way more famous. These guys put in the work b. Independent, consistent, humorous, knowledgeable. Jiggy Jeff and Eric B should be way more lit out here honestly. Who’s interviewed Little brother and meg the stallion?? You gotta really go back in the archives to understand their legacy. The stories and gems on here are incredible. The best part about this podcast to me personally is that they really care. They aren’t arrogant and just wanna hear themselves speak like some. You can hear it in their voices that they are humble servants of the culture. To me Jazzy Jeff and E Money fall right in line with cats like Rick Rubin, stretch Armstrong, and the great Rosenberg as our Jewish brethren in this culture. I love these dudes b. I appreciate everything that they’ve brought us so far, and I’m really looking forward to whatever they have coming up next ⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️

There is no other podcast that approaches the work of producing authentic entertainment with as much care and work ethic. Eric and Jeff are incredibly well-read and well-researched, the interviews are their own compelling narratives, and they choose the absolute best subjects. This is the best podcast of all time!

Just started listening and these guys have a great chemistry with the artists and entertainers they interview. There’s a lot of humor mixed with a ton of personal info about the artists which is super cool!

A great podcast for anyone with a love of hip hop and pop culture

love how in depth they get with people but also keeping it light & funny. great balance of fun & information. their archive is huge, enjoy hearing from guests that might not be a household name

these guys might be some of the best journalists / interviewers in history! such a great balance of detailed questioning and humor. i’m mad im catching on so late but i’m going through their whole archive. i’m currently in 4/2018. also one other cool thing is that none of the interviews are “time/era sensitive” they do a great job at telling an artists story and not making the episodes about current events which in my opinion makes the conversation more enjoyable to listen to. keep killing it slimes! 🙏🏿

They cover pretty much everything in the US

Yo. This is one of the most informative and entertaining podcast ever. The questions they ask the artist are always very engaging. The stories are memorable. And the AKA’s are priceless!!! Also I ordered a rhyme book. I don’t write rhymes but it has been useful for building my beats. Beat Book? Have you people call mine. We’ll make it happen! Lol

Always has guest that I’ve never heard of with some interesting and motivating stories. And 2Jews and 2Black Guys review the movies is good too. SP!!

No matter who’s on the pod - they do a great job of making the listener feel like they they have a seat at the table. Research game is thorough and the guests/listeners truly appreciate the amount of work being put in. Whether you’re into hip hop or not, these are all quality and enlightening conversations.

These guys have a pretty cool and unique perspective into the hip hop scene. Probably the coolest white guys out there, besides Justin Timberlake. And maybe Andy Samberg. Okay, they’re like the 57/58th coolest white guys. But their podcast is dope.

From the first episode to their most recent, these brothers have had informative conversations with folks who have done some big thangs. I enjoy the flow Eric and Jeff have as they present the platform for heir guest to be their true self. These guys are the truth. Fr Fr.

I listen to all the great Hip Hop podcasts and this is definitely TOP 5! This podcast finds its home in the middle ground of comedy and Hip Hop culture. Never veering too far into comedy and neither leaving it to be a dull interview. Hearing the links between the legends that have made history in hip hop is my favorite thing about this podcast. Jeff and Eric bring the questions that true fans would ask and bring the best out of there guests. They genuinely care for Hip Hop and the community. Keep it up guys, the success that is on the way is well deserved.

I love these guys. The interviews are always great and the guests are always comfortable and insightful. Been rocking with them for years and I highly recommend this podcast to anyone that enjoys listening in on entertaining conversations regardless of the guest (p.s. they typically have interesting guests)!

Their interviews do not disappoint! Real life questions. Eric and Jeff’s personal stories are fantastic. The aka’s are the best. A lot of the interviews I have no idea who they are but Eric and Jeff bring out the human and not the just the artist or the behind-the-scenes guy . All aspects of entertainment world are featured like sound engineers, producers, artists and social media personalities. I usually google, download or stream, and follow everyone featured on the podcast. Love it guys. Keep up the excellence. ❤️

Nah Fr Fr, A waste of time is literally the best podcast I’ve listened to like ever. The stories, inspiration, motivation, jokes, etc found in this podcast are 10/10. Also, Eric & Jeff are the best podcast duo. Everything they do syncs together and they just work so well together. Not to mention they cool af. 😜
