AjrcmrwcjGreat podcast--occasionally fawningI really like this podcast. I get to hear about new comics from interviews with the people who create them. The interviewer is generally good, and we all get to learn the basics of the comic. Sometimes I don't think the interviewer is willing to ask critical questions, but overall I like this podcast a great deal and think it is worth listening to.

uncannysantoToo Easily DismissiveI applaud Matt Fraction for doing this show. After the way iFanboy completely shredded Fear Itself, especially the writing, to have Fraction on, with a patronizing Ron I thought was unprofessional. Ron made a comment at the end of the weekly pick show prior to this don't miss. Right at the end of the show, he made a negatively implied comment to the effect of "Marvel is bringing that team back, just as he did about the Scarlet Spider in the Interview with Kirkman at NYCC" very sarcastically...at least that is how I took it. I really liked iFanboy for a while. I think generally it is a good show. I wish it was a little more informative than opinionated. I say this because a couple of the guys throw out insults way to easily. Whether they are warranted or not....often times I agree with them. You can say a book is not for you, but you do not need to call it awful, or make offhand comments about it before it even comes out.

N.qwertyA lot of fun and informationAlmost without fail, the recommended book to not miss is spot on. Canterbury Cricket wasn't so good but everything else is awesome. Check this podcast out for the scoop on great new comics

Debonaire2000Finally, a comic podcast that is actually informative!Been a faithful listener of this podcast sinc ressurecting my ipod some time ago. Great stuff here every week that is informative and not-too-lengthy. Also would like to commend the production crew behind this podcast as it is a big relief from everything else ifanboy does on itunes (the rest of their podcasts are very difficlt to listen to). Been buying up what I can from week-to-week based on the recommendations given in the Don't miss podcast, and they are rarely ever wrong.

tim vargulishDON'T MISS!Another great podcast from the guys at ifanboy. Each week they'll bring you awesome comic book writers promoting some of the most anticipated work that week. Highly recommended, it's that perfect start to the week that gets you pumped for Wednesday.

TdmooreThe best there isSimply as that. This podcast is the best there is at what they do. I have listened to the competition that is out there and frankly, there is none. (are none?).

KINGBRATBite Size GoodnessiFanboy is arguably the best comic book podcast, period. The Don't Miss podcast are shorter, bite size episodes, spotlighting a comic book that will hit the stands the next day. One of the great things about iFanboy podcasts and their website is the fact that I am often exposed to comics and creative teams I would not otherwise have heard of. This shorter podcast is a great way to learn about that one book, you might not have even thought of picking up at your comic shop, the next day. (Wednesday is new comic book day in the U.S.) If you're a fan of comic books then this is the podcast for you. Also be sure to check out their main podcast which is typically released Sunday night or Monday morning. These guys know comics. Unlike other comic book podcasts which tend to only entertain the podcasters themselves, and never really get to the point, iFanboy is focused and entertaining.

EarwiggLuv These Guys!Simply put, the IFanBoy gents know comics and discuss them in an accessible way each and every week. Got to love a series of 'casts that make you feel like a journeyman geek even when you're not. Shout it from the rooftops--"Ifanboys rule!"

Kaufman1972Great listenAlways interesting

JurassicalienQuick and InsightfulIf you're listening to this show because you already listen to ifanboy, the you know you're going to get professional, interesting interviews. Sometimes you'll get a basic yet interesting "Here's what the book is" discussion. And sometimes you'll get very informative discussions on the industry. This is a great, short listen. Long enough to make an impact, but not to long that it over stays its welcome. A great, must listen to podcast, even if you don't know the creator they're talking to week in or week out, every episode is worth a shot.

throughthebrushGreat new addition to the iFanboy worldThe best part of comics is how accessible the creators are, and how happy they are to talk about their craft. iFanboy: Don't Miss gives listeners bite-sized examples of that openness while bringing to readers' attention comics they might otherwise overlook. I highly recommend adding it to your Monday routine.

CoolRobertThis is the comics podcast I've been waiting forThe interviews are very well done and the guests are great. I've been looking for a good comics podcast since iTunes added podcast subscriptions. This is the smart, well-done comics talk show I've wanted since the beginning.
-
JBur10A welcome additionThe iFanboy crew, now joined by the illustrious Chris Neseman, conduct quick interviews with creators of upcoming comics. Great stuff; pointed questions glean insight into the creation of some of today's best books. Highest recommendation.

JimSeals01Another Great iFanboy ProductioniFanboy's Don't Miss podcast is an excellent companion to listen to as the show highlights a book that's coming out that Wednesday. This is a great show, especially now when times are tough and finances are stretched a wee bit thin, this will keep you informed as to where you might want to spend that hard earned dollar, like Greg Rucka's Stumptown. That and there's nothing better than listening to a creator excited about a book that's about to hit shelves, and this show captures that excitment quite well without pandering or excessive fan service. Can't recommend it enough.

jeff_wanderingMore comic book ear candy from iFanboy!Another GREAT podcast from iFanboy. This is a quick, very informative podcast that covers the newest and most exciting releases in comics today. Better yet, they get the info directly from the creators. If you are a fan of any of the other podcasts the iFanboy crew puts out or other comic book interview podcasts like Wordballoon or It Came Out on Wednesday. You will love this.
-
RubrausGreat Behind-the-Scenes Look at Comics! This podcast really pays off when I visit my local comic store on Wednesday afternoon. It puts me in touch with the creators of one of the week's biggest books. Keep going strong, Ifanboys!

158hoffMarkAnother home run for Ifanboy. Theses podcasts makes a newcomer to comics feel right at home. Great interviews with fantastic writers and creators to give the consumer an up front and personal take on new books.
-
dcassinoAmuse BoucheLet's put it as simply as possible: if you like Ifanboy's pick of the week, get a preview on this show. So far, they've had the cream of the comic creator crop pitching their wares, and as a short bite, it can't be beat. If you want long form interviews, go for Talksplode on the normal feed, or Wordballoon, but for 15 minutes, this is fantastic.
-
Jejune to DecemberTwice as niceThis is a nice addition to the weekly Pick of the Week podcast, which I listen to every week. This one follows in those footsteps by providing a more focused look at one title each week. The previews so far have been helpful and entertaining. If you like comics you will not be disappointed in this one. And don't forget to check out the Pick of the Week podcast as well!

rba22They did it againiFanboy has put out another great podcast, bringing me the latest information I care about. Talking with comic creators about their books just coming out, brilliant!
